My stay there over the past few days was one of the most wonderful times I've ever had. Their breakfast was absolutely delicious, the room service was fast and the staff were very helpful, the lobby was very organized, clean, and quiet—perfect for relaxation—and their dinner restaurant was excellent. I highly recommend it to everyone without hesitation! 😍❤️✋🏻

Overall nice hotel, location near Safari and 5 Minutes from Bfaqeh — Echange Money — and Arabic Restaurants.
The Breakfast various and the location for restaurant is mazing, I would like to tahnka indri kurnia and seila for thier kindness and assistance in breakfast time.

My notes for superior room and deluxe, the bathroom door is slide doors not closing completely door, so even the light is noisy in the nights.
Overall nice hotel andy advice to reserve one night to see if it is fit with you.

Great escape destination near Jakarta. My number 1 choice to stay at Puncak because they have a very large area including Restaurant and villa. The location near taman safari and also have a short cut road to reach here.
Have a lot of middle eats tourist, but still maintain and accomodating Indonesian Standard.
The breakfast have various variant of food.
Their Spa is always fully booked, so please book it even before you check in. We want to try the Halimun Package for couple 2 hours Spa, massage, scrub and milk bath, but already fully booked until tomorrow.
Definitely come back to try their Spa.

This is my first time staying here because the location near Safari and they are 5 star hotel in puncak. I do expect high from this hotel since the rate is not so affordable. Lil bit disaapointed the room was small like budget hotel, and they limited giving us water only 2 small bottles/ room and if u open the minibar bottle they charge water IDR 30.000. I got deluxe room with parking view and guess what that so noisy at night, and also we can hear the noise from another room and above 😖. That shouldnt be happened at 5 star hotel… The staff were nice and friendly but the breakfast day 1 was not so good I think, heres why :
1. Dimsum was teribble as u can see the texture like they only re heat it from yesterday. Is it because weekday so they didnt provide well quality?
2. There are lots of varieties but their quality should be improved.
3. The coffee taste like instant coffee instead of the fresh one. How can 5 star hotel give us cheap nescafe instant coffee?

Overall experienced is great! the services, the food and the room are as per my expectations. Booked to celebrate our wedding anniversary, despite the last minute request they went above and beyond to fulfil it. They setup the room with sweet wishes and romantic vibes (with cake to welcome us too! ) We had a great anniversary dinner at the restaurant, and special thanks to Cantika and Rifal for the tiptop services thruout the course. The foods were yummy and the table setup was very personalized.

This was one of my best experiences in Puncak. The staff were all amazing, and Mr. Hasbi stood out with his kindness and professional service.
I was upgraded for free to a Deluxe Room, which was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast had a wide variety of local and international options, and the quality was excellent.
When I asked for a quieter room, Mr. Hasbi personally followed up and arranged a transfer to a higher floor in less than 10 minutes — truly impressive service.
The only downside was that the soundproofing could be better, but overall the stay was excellent. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Puncak. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Staying at this hotel has always been on my wishlist, and I’m so glad I finally got the chance. The experience was beyond my expectations – the room was spotless and comfortable, the staff were friendly and extremely helpful, and the food was absolutely delicious. Special thanks to Mas Hasbi who was very helpful during breakfast — he made the experience even better. On top of that, the surrounding atmosphere was calm and peaceful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Truly a memorable experience that I would happily recommend.

The most amazing and beautfiul relaxing family vacation with my husband and two little girls. The whole experience was absolutely wonderful, from the moment we checked in to everything throughout our stay. The room was so spacious and comfortable, the staff were so helpful and were always available to help with everything. I would like to make a special mention to Hasbi, as his service was so great and made our stay even better than we could have imagined! The face-painting for children in the lobby was so great and Arizka did such a lovely job for both my girls. Overall the whole experience was wonderful and I would not recommend enough. We cannot wait to come back for another relaxing visit. Thank you!

A Serene Family Retreat at Botanica Sanctuary**
My wife, 12-year-old daughter, and I recently enjoyed a wonderful one-night stay at Botanica Sanctuary. As a family that loves peaceful getaways in scenic hill destinations, this property delivered exactly the tranquil escape we were seeking.
The approach through lush, wooded roads immediately sets a magical tone for the stay. Our ground-floor room G116 was spacious, modern, and impeccably maintained with clean linens, fresh-smelling bathroom, and quality toiletries. The only minor drawback was its location two floors below the lobby, which made access less convenient and initially dampened our excitement.
While our check-in took over an hour and we received room access only at 4 PM due to late Sunday checkouts, the management's response was outstanding. The manager made multiple efforts to ensure our comfort, offering a 15% spa discount and allowing late evening checkout the next day. This thoughtful service recovery truly impressed us and demonstrated their commitment to guest satisfaction.
Both lunch and dinner at the hotel restaurant were exceptional, featuring amazing food quality with excellent Arabian cuisine options. The hotel staff, particularly Devi, Ahmed, and the front desk team, were incredibly helpful and courteous throughout our stay, making us feel genuinely welcomed.
Despite the initial check-in delay, this was definitely a five-star experience.

The breakfast is fantastic, among the best breakfast among all hotels in Greater Jakarta and that is a very high praise. Tons and tons of options from Western, Chinese, Arabic that will make your tummy full in the morning.
Hospitality is top-notch. Rooms are well-designed. The downside is it might be a bit small. Will I go back next time? Yes!

Excellent location and The hotel/resort/sanctuary too. Lovely place with good vew and cliimate. Nice sun deck and moon deck with good swimming pool. Breakfast was good but overcrowded. The staff makes you comfortable in getting you table, choice of food is good. Lovely rooms and very clean and hygenic too. Love this place and love to go again.

The environment and inside room is nice. The room service person (Hafiz) is nice and informative also and humble person. For the breakfast's menu for weekdays, I think it more choices and for the crackers a bit soft, not too crispy, I think you can more improve it. That's all for me and thank you.

Clean and nice place so stay. Located next to Pesona Alam and connected, so we can enjoy both facilities. Nice pool in the pool with warm water for kids pool. Muthia in kids corner also very friendly and accompany our kids to play. Overall very nice stay.

It was an awesome service for our favourite hotel in Puncak.
The hotel was calm at that time with moderate people who stay, and that really suits us for a family time.
The only thing that I recommend is to provide some snack that children could like for late night like pizza or some similar that could be eaten in the room. Because at about night we have just went back and my children request pizza but the cafe in down has close with last order at 8.30, and plus it was a drizzling night that we also couldnt walk too far fhen.
Breakfast ia great, we love the soto mi.
