The checkin process was super quick and very friendly. We arrived early but we given the use of the facilities until check time at 2 pm.
The hobbit house was everything we dreamed it would be so delighted by it no complaints whatsoever.
Breakfast was a disaster, all I can say it was horrible as a caterer for 35 years I have never experienced nothing like it. Toaster machine was too small and had never been cleaned in months. Good on offer was stone cold and tasted very bad. It was like being in a concentration camp everyone was attacking the food like they had never eaten before. The tables were filthy no salt or pepper nothing table mate not cleaned properly. I generally felt sorry for the staff trying their best. I would come back but never book with breakfast I would eat outside the hotel.
