Resort Prima Cisarua

Guest parking is available at the hotel. A unique service provided is that staff offer car washing for guests during their stay. Additionally, EV charging stations (SPKLU) are installed on-site, making it very convenient for electric vehicle travelers.

The hotel staff are described as very friendly, helpful, and responsive. Guests highlight their willingness to assist promptly, such as quickly replacing a broken kettle or assisting with check-in. Nonetheless, a case of check-in time confusion was reported: a guest was initially informed of an early check-in at 10:00 AM or 12:00 PM, but upon arrival at the front desk was asked to wait until 2:00 PM, though an available bungalow was offered later.

Breakfast is generally rated positively, with guests describing it as delicious. However, the selection is limited without a full buffet; for example, some guests were served a single portion of fried rice. There are suggestions for menu enhancements, such as adding sliced fresh fruit and light snacks.

Water dispensers are provided in the bungalows, and staff replace empty gallon bottles located outside as needed. Rooms are also equipped with an electric kettle, tea, and coffee. One guest noted that a malfunctioning kettle was replaced very quickly after reporting it.

Guests note that the Wi-Fi connection is fast and stable, ensuring a comfortable stay.

Mattresses and beds are described as soft and comfortable. However, opinions on the room decor and finishings vary: while some guests find the rooms clean and cozy, others note that the accommodations appear dated, with a vintage or aged look in need of renovation. In some rooms, cracked bathtubs repaired with plaster were observed.

Most guests rate the cleanliness of the rooms and grounds as good. However, there have been occasional complaints regarding dust in the villas and water leaking onto bathroom floors in standard rooms (presumably from the toilet). Overall, the hotel maintains cleanliness across the swimming pools and common areas.

The hot water system can be inconsistent: some guests report that the water takes a very long time to heat up or remains lukewarm, which is especially noticeable in Cisarua's cooler climate. Water heaters are installed in the bungalows, though some visitors have questioned their efficiency.

Bungalows feature a fully equipped kitchenette with a stove, refrigerator, cookware, and cooking utensils. A hairdryer, television, and air conditioning are also provided (though in some instances, the air conditioning may not function properly). Bathrooms are equipped with water heaters. Notably, regarding the electrical setup, the main light switch in some rooms must remain turned on to charge phones or operate the TV.

The property features an adult swimming pool (around 2 meters deep) and a children's pool, both generally considered clean, although one guest noted sharp tile edges at the bottom. Other amenities include karaoke, a spacious field suitable for mini-soccer, and a children's play area, though the condition of some playground equipment could be improved. A unique feature of the hotel is the opportunity to fish directly from the bungalow terrace (available for a fee of around IDR 60,000 per kg), with the option to have the catch prepared by the chef.

The hotel is well-suited for family vacations thanks to its children's pool, playground, and spacious bungalows. The surrounding natural environment fosters both educational and recreational activities, making it an excellent choice for family getaways and school trips.
