Breakfast is definitely one of the highlights. The spread is quite complete, with a mix of **Indonesian and Western options**. You’ll find staples like nasi goreng, noodles, eggs made to order, pastries, cereals, fresh fruit, and local dishes. The food tastes fresh and satisfying, and having breakfast with a mountain view makes it even better. It’s the kind of breakfast that lets you take your time and truly enjoy the morning.
The ambience is calm, cozy, and refreshing. With cool air, quiet surroundings, and natural views, the whole place feels very relaxing.

Spent our Christmas with our family at Novus Giri Puncak and had such a lovely time. The staff were super friendly and welcoming from the start.
The room was cozy and comfortable, perfect for relaxing. We really enjoyed the facilities too. The kids’ playground, mini golf, and horse riding were all fun and great for family time.
Breakfast offered a great variety of food, and big shoutout to Kak Putu for the great service.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and making family memories here. Would definitely recommend it for a family getaway.

The overall environment and guest rooms at the hotel are quite good. However, there is no parking lot, and all vehicles are parked along the roadside, which is not particularly child-friendly. Additionally, there is no open space available. As a resort, its supporting facilities and services are not up to par. The staff are courteous and enthusiastic, but improvements are needed in terms of hardware facilities. More attention should be paid to the hygiene details of the tableware in the breakfast restaurant. It is also recommended to add sunshades to the outdoor seating, as it gets quite sunny in the mornings.
Btw they have the cutest bunny there.

The room is clean and good, specially the bed, so comfortable. Breakfast and dinner is also good, Maybe we need a carpet around the bed, so our feet won't feel cold when we wake up and touch the floor. The Minigolf is so fun and clean, the rabbit village, and the horses too. Overall it is really good and nice hotel in Puncak. Have been here many times and always number 1 in my list.
And, maybe wee need escalator or lift becaise it's kinda hard to lift or bring our luggage by stairs 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜.

I had a really great business trip stay at Novus Giri Puncak. The staff were super friendly and always quick to help with anything I needed. The facilities were comfortable, and the food was consistently delicious.

Stayed here during weekdays was the best. All staff was very friendly. The property was 34 years old but the maintenance was top notch.
I really like the ambiance in lobby, very classy. Breakfast menu was standard one, but the ambiance and view was mezmerizing. Pool was beautifully design and they provide warm temperature pool aswell. Dont forget to claim your free photograph!
For price is value for money. I booked through hotel website and joined the membership, where they gave best price compared to OTA.

Great hotel for staycation at Puncak.
Many room option, variety menus at the resto and pool lounge. We also can enjoy breakfafst with mountanious view.
This hotel also kids friendly with rabit garden that kids can feed them with carrot for free.
There also paid mini golf for fun.

Two days ago, my friends and I visited a café inside Novus, Barra Café. The atmosphere was really cool and relaxing, making us feel comfortable staying there. The service all employees were excellent, and the waiter Adithia also was very friendly and helpful. As for the food and drinks, I’d rate them 8/10. I think it’s definitely worth visiting again.

From the lobby all the way to the room, everything is beautifully designed. The staff are excellent—friendly, proactive, and very helpful.
It’s perfect for a family stay, and definitely kid-friendly. Before we left, we were pleasantly surprised when the staff gave us a sweet little snack pack—such a thoughtful gesture!

We had a pleasant stay at Novus Giri Hotel — their hospitality was excellent and the staff were responsive. I stayed in one of their newly renovated Premier Pool Access rooms, which was clean and comfortable.
It would be even better if the pool had heated water, as the weather in the Puncak area tends to be quite cold. I appreciated how the staff gave a courteous reminder around 1 hour before check-out and offered assistance if needed.

I was truly surprised that this hotel is so nice—clean, lush, cool, and calming. The room was also spacious, clean, and fragrant 😍. All the staff members were friendly and greeted us whenever we met. The food served was varied, and they even had traditional herbal drinks (jamu). There’s also a play area for children. We were very happy staying here. I also want to thank Miss Vanya, who always asked about any discomfort I felt, which made me feel comfortable staying here ❤️

We had a very pleasant stay at Novus Giri Hotel — a great choice for a family-friendly getaway. There are plenty of kids' activities, and the Kids Club was a highlight, even for our older children who thoroughly enjoyed it.
The Rabbit Village was another favorite — the kids absolutely loved spending time there!
While the swimming pools were on the colder side (only one small warm pool was available), the mini golf course kept the fun going and was a big hit with the whole family.
The Barra Restaurant has a lovely ambiance and the food is reasonably priced. We were also impressed by the genuinely helpful and friendly staff, from the front office and restaurant team to the gardeners.
Another nice touch is the common room with plenty of chairs and tables — a perfect spot for families to relax and play together outside their rooms.
Overall, a wonderful and memorable stay. We’d definitely love to return!
