Villa Nirwana Syariah

Stayed here with 12 people and the villa fit us perfectly! Lots of bedrooms, spacious common areas, and a cozy living room on every floor. Everything was clean, convenient, and felt like home. The villa also has great facilities that made our stay so easy — water dispenser, fully equipped kitchen, BBQ setup, washing machine, and a well-maintained swimming pool.
It’s located at the back side of Dago Pakar Resort, so it’s peaceful, but a bit far from convenience stores. It’s best to arrange transportation in advance.
A huge shoutout to Syifa, the villa manager, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and responsive. The helpers were also amazing — special mention to Pak Ujang, who was always quick to assist throughout our stay.
Couldn’t recommend this villa enough! We had such a lovely stay and would gladly return. ✨

I don’t recommend this place at all. The villa is absolutely filthy. We found small rats inside, which was both alarming and disgusting. The bed sheets were stained and clearly not cleaned between guests. The toilets were broken, making the stay even more unbearable. To make matters worse, we discovered a pot with rotten meat left in the kitchen, and the kitchen equipment is ancient and barely usable. Even the prayer rugs were smelly, adding to the overall uncleanliness. The housekeeper pretends to clean, but it's evident from the deplorable state of the villa that she does not. The pictures on Google are completely misleading and do not show the reality of this place. This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had, and I strongly warn anyone considering this place. It’s your choice, but you've been warned.
In response to your comment below, please take a photo of the toilet downstairs and then take a photo of the upstairs toilet (the one in the corner, not the master room). Additionally, take new photos of the kitchen and furniture instead of using photos that are 6 years old or more. Please also include a photo of the bedsheets, ensuring it is a real photo without any editing.
The villa was not cleaned every day and no one came to clean it while we were there, and we cleaned the rotten meat, which is why you couldn’t find it. I don’t recall anyone offering to change the bedsheets.
I have raised a complaint, but I am not sure if it has reached you.

Nice place to stay in uptown Bandung.
They have complete facilities and amenities.
The bed sheet and bed cover are clean.
The pool is suitable for kids to swim.
