Pathetic service and old resort which having room rent from 600k to 1.2Mil. I have booked from Agoda and went there, they have given me old room (may be I have booked on lower rate with discount of Agoda). The room was 3 floor down required to step down 50+, no lift available, below issues faced there,
1) Ac was not working properly,
2) Wi-Fi not working.
3) Old Room with old type TV.
4) dirty bathroom with old pipes and shower.
5) Old bath towels.
6) Broken hangers in storage.
7) No tissue paper.
During check out I asked help for bringing luggage from room to lobby, even after 30 mins nobody came so done by myself. The breakfast was very poor with lot of flys roaming near open food. My kids leg fall in restaurant pathway which having more gaps (not child friendly). Please don't book this hotel anytime. The road to Resort is also very poor.
