This was our third stay at this hotel, and overall it has been quite satisfying. However, there are a few issues that remain the same each time we stay. The bathroom blower was not working, and the glass light turned off when using the hair dryer.
The cleanliness was generally good, although there was a small blood stain on the bedsheet, which should have been checked more carefully.
We stayed in a suite room for a price slightly above IDR 900, 000, which is still reasonable considering the service provided.
The breakfast has improved a lot compared to our first visit. This time, many of the dishes were delicious, unlike before.
Special thanks to the friendly front office staff who kindly offered cotton candy to our child. It was a lovely gesture and made our stay more pleasant.
Dear swissbel jababeka please consider to close your smoking room door restaurant to prevent us in passive smoking at non smoking room. Please do not put food, water and beverages at smoking resto area because it may contains smoke and any bad things from smoking. And please add more air conditioning at non smoking area, it’s very hot and sweat rather than smoking area. The hotel is amazing but those things are really annoyed me, thank you.

I stayed at Swiss-Belinn Cikarang and overall it was an okay experience.
The service was actually above expectations — the staff were friendly, helpful, and responsive, which I really appreciated.
However, there were a few things that made the stay less comfortable. The parking area is located outside and currently requires a fairly long detour due to renovation projects. What made it more inconvenient is that the parking area is not covered, so guests can easily get caught in the rain when walking to the hotel.
The breakfast selection was not very impressive and could be improved in terms of variety and taste.
That said, the room rate is quite affordable, so for the price, it’s still reasonably worth it. With better parking arrangements and improved breakfast quality, the experience would be much better.
