If I could rate this place 0, I would.
It was very dirty. My husband and I arrived late at night. We had already booked this hotel for 3 nights for my holiday, since my husband is working in Bekasi and I am staying with him to accompany him. Of course, we chose this hotel because the reviews made it look comfortable and decent.
When we entered the first room, I was honestly so sad that I almost cried. I was completely speechless because of the condition of the room.
We went down to the lobby and asked if we could change rooms. The staff accommodated us, which I appreciate. However, when we went to the second room, while walking along the hallway, we could hear noise coming from other rooms. I didn’t mind the noise too much, but what really bothered me was the trash on the floor that hadn’t even been swept.
When we entered the second room, I really wanted to cry again—both because of the room condition and because I was already very tired. I honestly felt like I couldn’t stay there for the whole night. I even thought it would be better to sleep in the car.
Once again, we asked to change rooms, and they accommodated us. The last room was the best among the three. They told us it had already been cleaned and asked us to wait 15 minutes. I appreciate the effort, but even then, the bedsheets, pillows, toilet, and even the walls were still in very poor condition. It honestly felt scary.
There were so many stains and marks everywhere.
