Been here for 4 months, could not say a bad word about the place. The staff throughout the hotel are amazing, from the beautiful (cantik) receptionists that greet you with a smile at check in and whom are always there to answer your call when you need anything, the AJ Brando team (to many amazing people to name them all) who greet you by name every day you see them and ask about your day that just gives you such a warm feeling, the staff in the gym/sauna who are always making sure your workout is comfortable and towels are always fresh, and most importantly the housekeeping staff who keep your room so fresh and work clothes crisply ironed ready for the following days' work.
Don't let the lavish hotel and smartly dressed staff put you off approaching them either, Mr. Chris the GM is a downright legend who will always give time to his guests for a chat, no matter the topic he will genuinely give you the time of the day out of his busy schedule, he also goes out of his way to ensure guests (especially long-term guests) are taking special care off with a few perks along the way!
If you are looking for some excellent food, look no further than eating at AJ Brandon, the extensive menu caters to all dietary requirements and the staff & chefs never say no when special requests are made, don't think too much about your diet though when entering AJ as you are greeted with the vast array of cakes, chocolates & ice-creams that all have your name on them!

I stayed at this hotel last Thursday because my husband was on a business trip in Cikarang. The hotel was nice, and the food in the restaurant was also good even though I didn't eat outside the hotel at all. But when checking out on Sunday it turned out to be a long process and what made me upset was that suddenly we were given an additional bill for breakfast which should have been included in our hotel booking, after I confirmed it turned out that the bill stated the date 22 September, while I checked in only on 26 September. Please train your hotel employees, because I see not only the service to me is very long but to other customers as well.
