Honestly, I know this hotel is considered affordable, but for me, service is still the most important thing when it comes to a hotel stay.
The first thing I noticed was the parking situation. Since the hotel is located inside the mall area, the parking area was quite chaotic for both entry and exit. I really wish there had been dedicated staff to guide hotel guests on where to park, because we were directed to park in the mall area, which was pretty far. We had to walk through the mall just to get to the hotel lobby.
There was also information saying there’s a connecting access between the mall and the hotel, but when we tried to use it, it was closed. So in the end, we had to walk quite far from the parking area to the hotel, while the hotel parking itself was already full.
The room itself was okay, but one thing that really ruined the mood for me was the hot water. During the day it worked fine, but at night the water barely got warm anymore, even though the room had a bathtub.
We also requested extra toilet paper, and the receptionist said okay, but it never came. Maybe they forgot, but I honestly got too tired to remind them again.
Breakfast was another downside. The hotel didn’t seem very crowded, but when we came down around 8–9 AM, a lot of the food was already running low and not being refilled quickly.
Overall, the stay was okay, but there are still many things that need improvement.
