ibis Styles Cikarang

Visited Cikarang each year, getting tired of the same hotels and decided to find another place to call home for a few days or week. I did stay here a few days 2 years ago (2023) but decided to stay for a full week this time (2024).
The room is great and neat, all things inside the room are functioning perfectly.
The room service is excellent, they are quick to response and care to details (I leave sticky notes quiet often). The food is okay taste wise but creative enough to serve different type everyday, especially the local cuisine. Western food choice are limited. My favorite Pastry is red velvet cake, Im in love.
I appreciate them for letting me hosting a game night with my team without kicking us out, plus the kindness of most of the staff, especially Mas Danil / Daniel? and the other front desk officer is completely making me feel like home.

There was a wedding and graduation nearby on the check-in day, so service was not so great. Rooms were all full, staffs were overwhelmed and clearly understaffed, lobby Was packed and noisy. Gym and pool were under renovation. There was no prior notice about it, only a notice during check-in. Hotel and room interior was worned out and quite dirty. This isnt my first ibis, and so far this has been the worst ibis ive been to. Thankfully I was allowed to check-in early (ALL GOLD). There were small stains on the bed. Parking was packed and at first we were asked to Park at Mitra10 across the street. Breakfast was normal. Public toilet and public spaces were worned out as well.
If a hotel needs to be renovated, please close it down or do a quick and proper renovation. Management was so bad, worst ibis I've been to so far. Not satisfied at all.

Upon entering the room, I was amazed with how beautiful the layout. It’s giving the American girl’s bedroom kinda like. 😂
The cleanliness is beyond my expectations. The service provided by the receptionists was exceptional. Warm and kind.
The hotel view was comforting as well.
Definitely will come back to this hotel!

I definitely recommend this hotel for staycation with friends, couples or family. Then good breakfast too. Enjoying moment in here and Yessi is a good person help me a lot during stay in this hotel.

Overall is superb. For better services, maybe the hotel needs to upgrade on F&B department, it is means for late night coffee / supper service (for example, the simple one is coffee vendor machine can be allocate at lobby area). Thats all from my opinion. Tq.

The hotel was in a good condition, like other Ibis styles. A bit out of city center, maybe good for business trip in Cikarang. I stayed there to collect the night for my new Accor membership. Points and nights were added fast, great for Accor members.
The service was impressive, both Front desk and Catleya.
At front desk, I met Ms. Lusi who was helpful on my checking-in & out, fast and correct on nights and points.
At Catleya, the foods were tasty, mostly Indonesian. And as I am not Indonesian, not familiar with the foods in breakfast line, Ms. Arum were so nice to explain how to eat them for me. Other staffs were also very attentive for cooking my fried rice and iced coffee.
