Very old hotel, pool was ok.
Rooms are, well, sad to say very bad.
Bedsheets are dirty, even with blood stains. Ask the housekeeping guy, he said, it's their laundry issues.
Upgraded our 2 rooms to executive, expecting better as receptionist, claim these rooms are upgraded.
Yes, they had change only the carpet with tiles or vinyl wood flooring and maybe install new NOISY single spilt aircon. But toilets remained super dirty. No need to mentioned the bath tub, even standing on it to shower, with the crappy shower screen, makes you dun feels like bathing.
Food in restaurant was expensive.
There's a Japanese restaurant which served better food at more reasonable price.
Only positive thing about the hotel we're the staff at reception and restaurant.
Will never consider staying there even if it's free.
Overall, would not stay there for another second.

Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing stay.
We arrived around 19:00 and there was no bellboy to help with luggage. Check-in was polite but otherwise unremarkable. The room was spacious but clearly old and poorly maintained—dusty floors, peeling wallpaper, and a strong smell of old cigarette smoke.
The most unacceptable issue was the complete lack of towels at check-in. I have never stayed at a hotel that did not provide towels in the room. After requesting them, we only received towels around 20:00, which is simply not acceptable.
Hygiene was also a concern. The bathroom fixtures were very old and discolored, the electric water kettle was dirty with brown residue inside, and during the night both my wife and I experienced increasing itchiness while lying in bed.
Sleep was further disturbed by the loud humming and vibration of the outdoor AC compressor at night.
This hotel feels like an aging property with minimal upkeep. Avoid the villa suite—if you must stay here briefly, the main building may be slightly better. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel unless major improvements are made.

Four stars? Really?!
An absolute disgrace for all other four star hotels around the world…
Only three working sockets, dirty pool, unfriendly receptionist when checking in, old room, et cetera. Also when I asked for a towel at 23.00 (I checked in around 21.00, and had dinner first), I was told that it wasn't possible because housekeeping wasn't available. PLEASE, how hard is it to get a clean towel from somewhere?
Lastly, I wanted some extra water in the morning, and they dared to bill me 25k (! ) for a 330ml bottle…
And I'm probably forgetting some other things. Spend your money elsewhere, Sahid is not worth it.
