Hands down, Avanzel Hotel and Convention Cibubur offers an excellent overall experience and is highly recommended, whether you're here for a business trip or a family staycation in the Cibubur area. The hotel really stands out with its luxurious and elegant atmosphere right from the lobby, the spotless cleanliness of the rooms, and the complete, modern facilities.
Outstanding Staff Service: The warmth and responsiveness of the staff are the real five-star aspect here. We received incredibly responsive and professional service. Specifically, a big shout-out goes to Ibu Dian, Ibu Anggita, and Bapak Kevin. They went above and beyond to help me and my business partners, making sure all our needs were smoothly met during our stay. Their service truly made our visit special and hassle-free.
Rooms and Cleanliness: The rooms are spacious with a modern, elegant design, guaranteeing a comfortable rest. The cleanliness standards—both in the rooms and general hotel areas—are maintained excellently.
Facilities and Breakfast: The breakfast spread is very diverse, delicious, and high-quality, which is a huge bonus. Other facilities, like the fitness center and meeting rooms, are also well-maintained.
But, there's one small thing to note from our visit: the swimming pool area was a bit inconvenient because there's currently some construction going on. However, this is just temporary and didn't really detract from our overall comfort in the rooms and meeting spaces.

I stayed at Avenzel Convention Hotel for a 5-day business trip and had the opportunity to use their meeting room facilities. Everything about the experience was seamless — from check-in to the meeting arrangements. The service was top-notch, and the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive throughout my stay.
A special shoutout to Sisca and Angel from the team. I accidentally left my tumbler behind, and they went above and beyond to keep it safe for me until I returned. That small act of care truly reflects the hospitality culture at Avenzel.

The lobby and piano area are just beautiful. We were greeted by Injil, lovely receptionists who were very helpful with any questions we had throughout our stay & anytime we ask for anything, they were quick and efficient and just a pleasure to speak to. Every single staff member we spoke to was a delight and couldn’t do enough for us.

I’ve been to this hotel three times now and it never fails to disappoint. The food choices are amazing, the facilities are really good and the staff are even better. Injil is one of the members of staff and she is absolutely hilarious, goes out of her way to help you and add fun to the holiday. Keep up the good work Injil!

Short stay, however very professional staff. Lovely rooms. Excellent dining. Special mention to Injil in the Lobby area, Fantastic atmosphere created, very informative and made our stay very memorable. I would definitely stay there again.

Excellent experience. The hotel, restaurant's and especially the all the staff service was the closest thing to perfect. I was most impress with Injil. I was impress with the attitude and how she can remember people's preferences from prior day and always with a great smile. Even though its weather was very hot she so nice to everyone. Also, high marks for the Restaurant team. Incredible service, drinks and customer service. Everyone at the hotel were great. We will return soon. I wish I would have taken some pictures.

I recently stayed at Avenzel Hotel Cibubur, and I must say it exceeded my expectations. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the amenities provided were top-notch.

I could already feel the friendliness and professionalism of the staff as soon as I got out of the car. They were very welcoming and efficient. The hotel looked truly luxurious, but the standout feature was the cleanliness! The lobby, corridors, and room all felt modern and spotless. I tried the food from the café on the first floor, room service, and the breakfast buffet—all were delicious. The bedroom was spacious with a comfortable bed. The hotel was also very strategic, surrounded by malls, which made ordering food super easy. Another great convenience was having a convenience store right across the hotel. One last thing I want to highlight is the staff's promptness in helping me send the charger I forgot in the room to my address in my home city. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a stay in the area.

The hotel and staff are excellent and very accommodating. The rooms are more spacious than average, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of dishes. I would definitely choose this hotel again in the future. It's the perfect location for visiting industrial areas. A special thanks to Kevin for his assistance!

The range breakfast menu and quality is very good. The service from the F&B staff also great, special thanks to Mas Putra who assist me for location of dishes and proactively addres my needs in the restaurant. The hospitality and cleanliness in the restaurant is very good.

Amazingly good hotel, having a nice facility.
Eating in their buffet is delightful.
Also their housekeeping keeps their cleanliness well specialy housekeeping named Nadif doing really well with the glass always keeping it clean.

Rooms: Small compared with other hotel price.
Food: Very Basic and unhygienic (morning food will be served in evening or later)
Wifi — Poor (if you are for business trip then youe time will be loat with connectivity issues)
Housekeeping — Pathetic as for everything you need to recall/remind 3-4 times but they will revert with smile like nothing happened.
Services — Be double sure before check in as they are not sure for anything except your room booking.
Overall — One * service after paying the top price.
