Avenzel Hotel & Convention Cibubur

If you’re looking for a comfortable place to stay around Bekasi Cibubur, this hotel is definitely a great choice.
The overall ambiance is warm and relaxing, and everything from the food to the service exceeded our expectations. The staff was genuinely friendly, definitely 10/10. Housekeeping was also very responsive whenever we needed assistance, which we really appreciated. One of the highlights was the sweet welcome card with a thoughtful message, it added a personal touch to our stay.
Special thanks to Raka for taking such great care of our room and making sure it was always clean and comfortable.
We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back again.

Had a nice stay here with my friends. The hotel feels calm and comfortable.
Service was good and fast. Every time we needed something, the staff helped quickly.
Special thanks to Raka for being very friendly and helpful during our stay.
Really appreciate the hospitality here.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel, and I would like to give special appreciation to the Front Office staff, Rangga. From the moment I arrived, Rangga provided excellent service with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and he explained everything clearly, making me feel comfortable and well taken care of.

Had lunch on the 2nd floor — lots of interesting choices and tasty food. The staff seemed a bit tired though, not many smiles. There’s also a massage chair on the same floor, which is nice for a quick relax.
The hotel lobby is spacious and comfortable. What impressed me the most was the service from Mr. Kevin — from helping with free parking, carrying my luggage from the room, to assisting when I paid my laundry bill, he was always there. Even when I picked up my car, it was him again! Big thanks to Mr. Kevin, truly excellent service! 👍

The room is very clean, the swimming pool is very well Good The treatment, Receptionist Smile a lot to the guest, security performance is very extraordinary and helpful, For Breakfast at 08.30, may need to replace the serving spoon, as it is sticky. The Beverage Station area must be given attention for a quick refill response, Saya haus harus menunggu. Very Good Avenzel Hotel ❤️❤️

Hands down, Avanzel Hotel and Convention Cibubur offers an excellent overall experience and is highly recommended, whether you're here for a business trip or a family staycation in the Cibubur area. The hotel really stands out with its luxurious and elegant atmosphere right from the lobby, the spotless cleanliness of the rooms, and the complete, modern facilities.
Outstanding Staff Service: The warmth and responsiveness of the staff are the real five-star aspect here. We received incredibly responsive and professional service. Specifically, a big shout-out goes to Ibu Dian, Ibu Anggita, and Bapak Kevin. They went above and beyond to help me and my business partners, making sure all our needs were smoothly met during our stay. Their service truly made our visit special and hassle-free.
Rooms and Cleanliness: The rooms are spacious with a modern, elegant design, guaranteeing a comfortable rest. The cleanliness standards—both in the rooms and general hotel areas—are maintained excellently.
Facilities and Breakfast: The breakfast spread is very diverse, delicious, and high-quality, which is a huge bonus. Other facilities, like the fitness center and meeting rooms, are also well-maintained.
But, there's one small thing to note from our visit: the swimming pool area was a bit inconvenient because there's currently some construction going on. However, this is just temporary and didn't really detract from our overall comfort in the rooms and meeting spaces.

Everything about the experience was seamless — from check-in to the meeting arrangements. The service was top-notch, and the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive throughout my stay.
A special shoutout to Sisca and Angel from the team. I accidentally left my tumbler behind, and they went above and beyond to keep it safe for me until I returned. That small act of care truly reflects the hospitality culture at Avenzel.

The lobby and piano area are just beautiful. We were greeted by Injil, lovely receptionists who were very helpful with any questions we had throughout our stay & anytime we ask for anything, they were quick and efficient and just a pleasure to speak to. Every single staff member we spoke to was a delight and couldn’t do enough for us.

I’ve been to this hotel three times now and it never fails to disappoint. The food choices are amazing, the facilities are really good and the staff are even better. Injil is one of the members of staff and she is absolutely hilarious, goes out of her way to help you and add fun to the holiday. Keep up the good work Injil!

Short stay, however very professional staff. Lovely rooms. Excellent dining. Special mention to Injil in the Lobby area, Fantastic atmosphere created, very informative and made our stay very memorable. I would definitely stay there again.

Excellent stay experience, clean rooms, lovely swimming pool and well behaved staff (Especially Ms Injil). Awesome breakfast spread. Also the meal was very good. Our two days was memorable. Will suggest best hotel for family stay.

Excellent experience. The hotel, restaurant's and especially the all the staff service was the closest thing to perfect. I was most impress with Injil. I was impress with the attitude and how she can remember people's preferences from prior day and always with a great smile. Even though its weather was very hot she so nice to everyone. Also, high marks for the Restaurant team. Incredible service, drinks and customer service. Everyone at the hotel were great. We will return soon. I wish I would have taken some pictures.

I was stay here just for one night, but overall is good. The room was clean, nice and spacious. All staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and thank you for Mr Vincent, he’s very helpful throughout our stay.
