The family suite room with balcony was bigger than my expectations. The room n bathroom spacious, clean and well maintained. Hotel facilities was great for family vacation. Friendly staff. The only improvement required was the food and breads need more variations and taste.

It’s a really great hotel. The environment is nice, the design is cool, all the staff are nice and helpful especially Meyva. She is really responsive and friendly. Would definitely come back to this hotel⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Place is slightly far from zarkarta, but good place and nice bed room and delicious foods are offering. I would like to visit this place again. I want to suggest meyva, the staff who taken care of my service. Great hotel and staffs!

Great room, nice and clean but the soundproof kinda horrible. Can hear people next door talking clearly and their bathroom activities (water shower, sink, etc) really can wake you up.

Mr Fadli is very Professional and very efficient at what he does. I am glad to have his service attending to me. It’s a very good first impression. I hope to come here more often down the road. The ambience and scenery is nice as well. The swimming pool looks inviting as well.

I think this hotel is a hidden gem, located very strategic near exit Toll from Jakarta, so it is very easy to visit and from here, you can go almost anywhere around Puncak. Considering the the modest price of this hotel, the facilities here are great : very nice pools with great view, gyms, playground for kids, and so on. Very recommended to visit at weekdays to avoid getting overcrowded at weekend or public holidays. The restaurant here serve plenty varieties of food, although the taste are modest. But still, I feel satisfied staying at this hotel.

I will absolutely come back to stay in this hotel because of the excellent service. I was welcomed and helped by pak Dede with the administration. The first impression is essential, and my thoughts said that I would have a great two day stay. Eventually, it happened. Thanks, Ultima Bhuvana.

Worst check in experience. Everybody who came early before 14:00 are force to wait until 14:00! Making lines in receptionist to take cards and lines in elevator! Not only its wasting time for those who arrive early but we are force to be in rush even after the traffic jam we go through.
No signage/information on how to go to the lobby in the elevator & basement. We took the elevator 3x because one of the staff in the restaurant cant give clear direction.
Every staff from security, receptionist, and bellboy is in rush, busy and unfocus since everyone is force to check in at the same time.
Its 4 star hotel but the lobby is super crowded & everyone is so busy that nobody greets you. We even have to carry our own bags because the trolleys are full of people waiting.
Its pure management nightmare and never happened in other Hotel Group. Definitely will not reccomending this place for its service.

Terrible experience!
I pay almost 1 million for a place to rest. I guess I'm choosing the wrong hotel.
I was so tired after driving and expecting could have a comfortable place to rest. But once I arrived, they make me walk up and down, because the room key given was not working!
When I came back to the reception, they are not even apologized. Talk to me like they are not guilty. They act like I never pay to stay there.
The next day on the restaurant. The place was full, the staff is not even helping you to find the table. Long queue at egg station and also plate is mostly empty at some places.
Definitely will not be back and better find other place to stay!

“Not too kids friendly on weekdays and staff’s attitude can be improved”
First impression was good, the hotel is located very well and have spacious space. Upon check-in, they upgraded our room to executive room which is more spacious. But the joy stopped there. The executive room has only 1 bed, queen size, while we ordered twin bed, so definitely smaller bed. At night then we realized that the lights were too few and dim, so uncomfortable to read or work. Then, there’s no bedside electrical plug, in fact only 1 plug in the room for the TV, and none in living room area, so weird for a modern hotel. I said it’s not kids friendly because there’s only 2 pools, each 140cm and 40cm, nothing in between, which means my kids cannot swim comfortably (their heights 110-120cm), and they charge breakfast for kids above 6 y. O. We asked for room service instead but have to argued before they finally granted it. The problem is there was no option w/o breakfast when I made the booking, so I have to pay for the breakfast and so automatically I have to pay additional for my kids (unless I leave them in the room which doesn’t make sense). I know rules are rules, but does it make sense to get bad customer experience because of small matters? Food taste are also a bit plain, and fruits are not so fresh, part of the reason why I was reluctant to pay additional fee. They have outbound area which is a treat to kids, but it’s not maintained well, the woods looks rusty and fragile.

Kids, couple & family friendly. Nice ambience, tasty & various Breakfast menu, greeny & natural, humble staffs & nice room. Only less of 1 thing : hot-water pool ☺ the swimming pool is sooooo coooold 😆
