Guest feedback indicates frequent front desk issues and significant violations of booking terms. Guests report instances where rooms already paid for through the app were resold to other customers. Those arriving late risk being turned away due to lack of vacancy, with no alternative accommodation offered. Management delays or entirely refuses to process refunds for unfulfilled stays. Furthermore, there have been recorded cases of staff demanding extra cash payments at the front desk beyond the amount already paid.

The noise level at the hotel is a major source of guest dissatisfaction throughout the day and night. Loud music can be heard on the premises at 2:00 AM and is not turned off even after direct complaints. Morning and daytime hours are accompanied by loud sounds from mobile phones and neighbors gaming. The atmosphere is frequently compared to a noisy motorcycle club base due to an on-site makeshift repair workshop for vehicles.

The cleanliness and sanitary condition of the rooms receive critically low ratings from guests. A thick layer of dust accumulates in the rooms, and bed linen changes often take place directly in front of arriving guests. The bathrooms emit a strong unpleasant odor and contain cigarette butts left by previous occupants. Guests have also encountered insects in the sleeping areas. The furniture is noticeably worn, mattresses are sagging, and some rooms lack door locks and mirrors altogether.

Room amenities suffer from a lack of basic comforts and frequent equipment malfunctions. The televisions in the rooms do not work, and air conditioners are either missing or leak and blow warm air. Towels, soap, and blankets are not prepared in advance, requiring guests to repeatedly request them from staff. The provided linens are often worn out and unfit for regular use. Tissue boxes are also consistently left completely empty.
