I was booked 4rooms access pool and 1suite room on the last end of May. 😊
First of all we are very impressed with the hotel ambiance, service, cleanliness, and friendliness of the staff and hospitality to the colleagues I met. The buffet breakfast is also varied and the taste is also good. Very impressed with, the things they prepared for my mother's birthday such as fruits and welcome cake with very amazing decoration😍. The swimming pool, kids corner, kids activities, and fitness center corner are amazing. Thank you very much for the warm welcome. I recommend this hotel must be the first to visit for family and the best view, best service, and really complete for family members Thank you again, hopefully lido Lake Resort will be successful in the future. Will be back soon. 👍
We didn't get the room we ordered (via tiket. Com) & the spa treatment is below standard, poor massage. However I should appreciate the staffs' hospitality, very helpful.
& for the lake view.
