This is a hotel with a strategic location, about 15 minutes to the Lembang. It has a warm and big swimming pool, also available for kids. They served an excellent breakfast and gave a good hospitality. Room was average but has a good view (pool view).

Nice place to stay… large n warm swimming pool, tasty food, friendly and helpful staff. Location also good if you love to spend time in Lembang but far enough to city.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in Bandung area. The pool is the one with temperature controlled, so the water is not cold. They have a bar on top floor which has breathtaking bird’s eye view of Bandung city. the restaurant offers Indonesian and european dishes, and during breakfast they also served Sundanese traditional food and beverages. Staf are very tentative, courteous, and friendly. if you are traveling with kids, there is also a kid’s club with play station console available for free, and again the warm water in the pool would always attract them.

Nice clean room, pretty spacey. Great service. Great large heated pool. Kids love this place. All in all, this is a fine hotel to spend your holiday.

The restaurant menu is lack of salt (is it cooked for people with high blood pressure? ), So you need to put a little more salt on some food, but the ambience of the hotel, pool & its rooftop is nice.

One of my favorite place to stay for both family time and business trip. Nice pool, spacious parking lot, and perfect location. The only downside for me is the foods. Lack of variation and the taste is so-so.

Nice hotel, nice breakfast, nice place, nice view, warm water swimming pool. But sound proofing bedroom not very good at all. I heard many sound when they making up next to my room. And Kepler restaurant employees not too friendly than other employees at down stairs. Even they are cleaning clerks, they are always polite and always smiling to all guests.

A family-friendly-5stars-hotel. Love the warm water swimming pool and the rooftop lounge. The food was good, the atmosphere was wonderful. Love everything about this hotel.

Had a very nice long weekend stay here with the family. Having 2 children the highlight must've been the pool! Given that it's located above the city, the warm water definitely doesn't do any harm Although kids pool is available, it also helps that the main one has a few spots with a wide step where your toddler could sit on and stand without the need of a floatie. Breakfast is varied ranging from traditional Indonesian to salad, bread, a variety of egg dishes, and sushi. Room was spacious with large bathroom and a balcony. The only drawback was the bathroom linen; it really could do with a round of replenishment as I got a nearly torn towel on the first day.

Been there for an family event. Nice hospitality. Delicious food too. there's no traffic jam during my visit but usually it's pretty bad.

5 stars hotel yang punya kolam renang luas dan nyaman. View hotel dan pemandangan sekitar yg asri karena berada di kawasan bandung utara. Cukup strategis untuk ke tempat attraction sekitar. Perihal fasilitas hotel lainnya, jangan ditanya, dimana2 hotel Accor selalu punya service dan fasilitas high standard.

The room was so cozy and neat. Best way to spend time on the way or back for Lembang for holiday.

Bandung has temperate climate due to its high altitude and since very long time known as Paris van Java by Dutch. When you go to bandung you can try Grand Mercure Setiabudi, the location between the city center and one of most popular place, Lembang. This 5 stars hotel is one of the best hotel in bandung, they serve very nice meal from breakfast to dinner, you will enjoy your time here.

Clean and great hotel. I love the view from my 8th fl room. They also have sky lounge on the 9th fl. The breakfast also amazing. Love this hotel!

Very satisfied with the hospitality of most of the staff at Grand Mercure Setiabudi. The nice garden surrounded warm pool. Many selection for breakfast with decent taste. Bedroom is clean. Weather was nice, not cold but not hot. However the location is surrounded with heavy traffic.

It's our second time staying in this hotel. We chose this the first time for the heated and starry pool at night. We chose it again the second time for the same reason plus now that we know about the comfort and friendly staff there. Kids are excited to swim and we are not worried they will get cold since it is heated and they are eager to see the 'stars' in the pool at night. We just can't have enough ❤ will be our fav hotel from now on.

It was great experience to bring my family over the weekend. The atmosphere was good with great scenery. The pool was awesome in the evening. We enjoyed varieties of food during breakfast. Some facilities for kids are available (kids pool, kids club) and secure.

Perfect place to stay in Bandung while you take your holiday there. Nice place, delicious food, warm hearted staffs and ofcourse beautiful view inside and outside hotel. Very recommended and yes, I will stay in here again for sure when I visit Bandung again. Keep improving to have an excellent services.

Stayed 1 night just before long weekend. Got a corner room which is directly facing other room balcony. I asked to move to another room with the same specification (king size bed) and they showed me one room that has similar view. At that time they said other rooms are not available and has been "block" for other guest. I find this a bit strange considering that I was there first and until the next day the hotel is not very crowded. They offer me to upgrade my room with same specs (with additional cost), which I accepted. But then when I went to the room, it has a queen size bed (not king size), so I have to go back to reception (which is very inconvenient) to cancel my upgrade, and with no other option I accepted the first room that I was given during check in. And another thing, I asked for an extra bed, and my wife called in the morning (before we arrived at the hotel) to have it set, but when we got there is wasn't ready yet. Then I called to room service and told that the bed was being prepared. Almost an hour later I called back and the man answered seemed to be confused and said that no order has given to him to prepare the bed. Then he did it and finally our extra bed was set.

Fasilitas kamar lengkap dan bagus, kamar kedap, internet cepat, air lancar, cuma kebetulan hair dryer di kamar saya tidak berfungsi. Menu breakfast cukup variatif asian, western, dan indonesian food tersedia. Rasa makanannya juga enak dan bisa dinikmati. Kopi yang disajikan rasanya bold, karena menggunakan coffee machine yang baik. Tambahan: Lalu lintas akan cukup padat disekitar hotel ketika weekend. Overall, well worth the price.

Clean room, very nice staffs esp staffs at restaurant. A nice woman manager at restaurant asked us about our stay there. Plenty of food. Some is good and some is not. Can be improved The cooking class is a nice experience for our kids. One of the best hotel in Bandung. The warm swimming pool is the best feature of all. Will stay again.

Fresh environment. Very helpful staff no matter what time I need the help Great ballroom with 2 projectors and a mega screen. Suggestion : 1. Please equip all divided ballroom with dual projector. So if one ballroom is used for another event until late hour, your guest will have the chance to use other ballroom with any seat arrangement needed. You can serve more events this way. 2. Please have some more clip on for the speaker. 3. Please anticipate the meals refill time when you serve for big group meals. Thank you, love to come back to Mercure Setiabudi.

Would give this hotel 5 stars in rating. Very clean, lobby is beautiful. Comfortable location. Beautiful outdoors with heated swimming pool. They have upgraded my room, thanks for that. I am a proud member of Accor Plus (gold) and Accor Vacation Club. Recommended and will come back.

Very comfortable rooms, most excellent & super friendly staff & the perfect location if you want to explore Lembang. 4-star hotel with a 5-star service. Worth the price! Definitely will come back here next time we visit Bandung.

I like this hotel location, it's a new hotel. But the hotel staff seems working without an Accor standard. First we're not offered welcome drink as a standard for any Accor hotel. Secondly, we find out our non smoking room smell like an ashtray. We ask the front desk staff at Le Club desk to switch our room, she answered the hotel is fully booked, but we appreciated she's offer for air freshner to reduce the smell. After come back few hours later from dinner at downtown, the room still smelly… seems she forgot her offer. Some of amenities are not ready to use for new guess. They not well prepared for next coming guess, even we've checked in very late… about 8pm. Shower bar not well attach to wall, minibar locked, safety box not reset yet. And for the next day, they forgot to re-supply bathroom amenities such as bath soap and shampoo. To make us continued feel not comfortable as an Accorplus member, they only gave us 30 min time for late check out request, not even for 1 hour! What I like from this hotel is, warm water swimming pool, the room nicely design, comfort bed, great breakfast, chic design at pool area.

Great hotel with beautiful scenery surrounding the hotel. Need to wait until 0215pm for check in with small groups of people. Great internet connection. Very delicious breakfast and wonderful swimming pool. Good choice for family vacation.

Good family hotel as you can expect from Mercure. Staff speaks English very well. Bandung is a University city, so it must be easy to get good staff…

A good designed hotel. Quick response and helpful staff. The room was nice with free Wi-Fi. Swimming pool was great with LED light that glowing beautifully at night. The spa has a great service. Food menu is great. Overall, this is a recommended hotel as far as I concern.

Hotel is amazing if you can find a bargain. Breakfast is good, swimming pool is warm and starry. Room is big and mostly facing swimming pool or the city, so it is a win win result.

You must try the swimming pool, nice design with some light, look like see the star from inside the pool, Nice with bartender name Renno you will get excelent service.

The hotel seems new, the spa is pretty cheap, located not far from lembang and the thing I like the most from this hotel is their fabulous pool.

Have a 2-day convention here, and satisfied with its service. The lobby area was spacious. The room is nice with a descent Wi-Fi connection. One that really stand out is its pool. A nice glowing LED in the bottom are simply superb.
