My first impression, looks like an old apartment building. Maybe it's supposed to be an apartment as the room feels like studio type, it's big for a fairly low price. The other 4 star hotels may charge for double the price I get. The room is spacious, with living room and microwave, yes a microwave. The night view is cool, I've seen better but it is still nice. If you need a quiet nice place, then this is the place for you. The pool is big, and kids friendly as they have sands and playground. And the food is nice too. Not excellent but it's good. Overall I like this place, but too quiet to walk around at night.

Good place to stay and spend time with family. Marbella provides various types of facilities like swimming pool, free Wi-Fi, a large parking lot, gym. The staffs also serve the customers well. Don't forget to taste its delicious food.

We enjoyed the amazing surrounding view from a top floor room, it's a good choice for people who aren't scared of height. It's a good hotel for a retreat, it's away from busy traffic in Bandung. Swimming pool was nice but unheated. Breakfast was average, but it's okay for a 4 stars hotel standard.

Lumayan, karena ini baru pertama kali saya menginap disana, jadi ada beberapa yang saya belum tau. Pertama ternyata kamar yang ada semuanya non smoking. Diberitahu pas check in kalau mau merokok di balkon. Ternyata balkon di kunci. Pas saya nelp operator ada yang bilang balkon tidak boleh dibuka, pas nelpon lagi orang yg berbeda blg balkon bisa dibukakan. Jadi service knowledge karyawan yang berbeda bikin tamu sempat emosi. Sempat ada tlp bunyi juga, diangkat ada suara aneh jadi bikin parno sendiri. Tapi overall ok.

Staying here was great Too bad the hotel is getting old and not maintained well. Gym not working, jacuzzi only available on Saturday and no special day to turn that on even though it was a public holiday. But the room is great and location also great. The pool has sand! My kids love it.

Cukup nyaman liburan bersama keluarga, fasilitas kamar sudah cukup memadai, hanya ada sedikit masukan untuk pelayanan hotel. Kedepannya diberikan fasilitas kepada tamu yang membawa kendaraan mobil agar dikasih layanan di cucikan mobilnya walaupun hanya body luarnya saja. Fasilitas tsb dapat ditanyakan terlebih dahulu ke tamu yang menginap (optional). Untuk overall… nice place for vacation, thanks Marbella Suite Bandung.

Good hotel in bandung, little bit far from the town, it takes half an hour to reach the town. The staff are excelent, very polite. This hotel has good swimming pool, rabbit farm and playground, it has many good spot to take photograph. Nice bathroom, hot water tube. The negative part is the high price, if you booked it without any voucher. But I got the room for only 150k idr / night though. Very value for money.

Nothing to complain. All great. We had a great time.

Jalanan didepan hotel agak berbatu, dan sangat gelap sekali kalo di malam hari. Suasana kamarnya juga agak suram, gelap dan kurang menyenangkan di bagian ruang tamu. Tapi view dari balcony nya bagus banget. Tp balcony nya dikunci dan untuk membuka balcony, harus request terlebih dahulu. Dan sarapan yang diberikan agak menyewakan. Malahan telor dadar yg digoreng ada pecahan cangkang telornya.

Loving this resort back in Feb short vacation with family, 2 bedrooms 2 bath suit was perfect vacation for all of us! people here are so sweet and polite, fresh air up on the hills/mountain and the shopping surrounded the area was spectacular! Restaurant was cheap! Shopping are cheap! Can't get any better than that! Thank you for your hospitality Marbella resort! All definitely coming back here again!

Hotel surounded by fresh air but the bed is too small for me also the hot water not running flawless but still this hotel is good for family vacation one more, never buy food at hotel restaurant, not worthed for the price.

Having plenty of facilities, comfortable and spacious rooms for families, a pantry and microwave make it easy for families to heat food. The kids love to bathe in Bathtube. Moreover, there is a swimming pool whirlpool and sand playground makes the kids feel at home for long. Thanks Marbella.

Nice hotel and nice view, but cleanless is very bad, security not humble. Swimming pool nice view but bad cleanlees. The service is very bad. Enough for stay one night.

The price was good. We had a double room. Three things to make it only three stars. First: it was hard to get some things. We had four adults and two children but they only had two towels for us. There was a limited supply of TP and soap. Second: the lights are dim everywhere except at the bedside. We were in two different rooms and in both the lighting was too dim to see things in the room. Our main room was missing two lights. Third: a bit run down. Our first room was nice but a few things were falling apart. Our second room has a number of things that should be replaced. Has a nice pool and play area. Decent restaurant and gym. Nice view. You get what you pay for here. We didn't mind these things for the price but they were an annoyance. Caution for those who are picky but a good deal for those who don't mind.

Nice hotel… but need additional elevator yet routine maintenance. Cozy children area with whirlpool n sand area.

Sepertinya saluran pembuangan nya harus di perbaiki krn kami mencium bau tak enak semalaman.

Kamar oke. Tapi perlu beberapa perbaikan: 1. Head shower dikamar # 1602 bocor 2. Tambah bantal tidur. 3. Penerangan di kamar kurang 4. Kebersihan kamar tolong ditingkatkan.

Not only as a hotel but also a pleasant resorts… have a nice trip…

Decent room (at least its clean), limited hot showers and the breakfast is sub standard imho.

Nice place to get holiday in Bandung.

Really nice place to stay away from the crowds.
