As my rm was a suite rm d cooling wasnt felt.
Restaurant staff bluntly charged me as for bkfast fees… whereby my family each of us hve their own rm.
Entittled complimentary bfast.
Due an error they made.
Been told over access ppls nid charged on that.
Due on our 2nd day stay this incident happen. if I wasnt alert ive made payment prior to that.
Noisy rm can be heard due d Lounged hrs in Progressed!

Menginap 2 malam, hotelnya strategis. Cuma mlm pertama dikasih smoking room. Ga kuat. Tidurnya sampe pake masker. besoknya langsung dipindah di non smoking room. Alhamdulillah. Stafnya ramah pula.

Comfortable lobby with sofas, Location is easy beside to City Walk, The atmosphere is always cozy. The bathtube was old but I've enjoyed it. Nice place, clean, and comfortable, good service & facilities, excellent service and friendly staff! overall Wokey.

We are staying in room number 31*, what a great experience with large room, complete amenities, and good environtment. Receptionist is very kind for helping in check in and letting us taking late check out. One most important is this hotel strategically located in famous Cihampelas Walk.

The hotel's room is clean and well managed. It has high quality furnitures. Really enjoy to stay here. If you want to visit Cihampelas area in Bandung, this hotel is good for you. I really impress with the luxurious lobby and has a lot of couch. One thing which really need to be improved is the food.

Our room was designed in modern-classic style, with a bit dated yet elegant furniture. Located on the 8th floor, we had our windows overlooking the swimming pool area. Our bathroom was equipped with a bath tub. However, water taps for shower should be repaired. Door lock should also be repaired since we really had to use more power to turn it. Jeans stores, clothings stores, restaurants, and a shopping mall are within a walking distance from the premises, making Aston a good choice for those who visit Bandung for shopping.

Been here with my hubby n my little daughter in tropicana suit for 2 days n nights. Luxurious space, clean n comfort. The food need to be improved, though. Strategic hotel to Cihampelas Mall and factory outlets that I could walk around them.

Currently staying at the hotel at the time of this writing. Came in around same time as other hotel guests. Upon arrival no assistance on our baggage. At the check in desk/reception counter. Staff extremely friendly towards Arab guests but to us treated us like we nothing. Helped the Arab customers luggage on trolley. No gestures of help towards me. The Arab customers walked off to their room comfortable without carrying their suitcases. They just turned to look away and made me carry my suitcase all the way up to my room. So far NOT impressed how they treat SOME of thier guests. Clearly you can see they have favourtism towards people from certain countries. I'm from the UK. This hotel seems only friendly to countries from the middle East. Rooms look reasonably nice no problems with the rooms.

Good service & facilities. Excellent location, very near to a shopping mall and easy access to public transportation. Would stay again here.

Despite almost 10 years old, the hotel is still kinda well maintain. Good location as it is within minutes walk to the CI Walk. And also within 15 min rides to the factory outlets. Only setback is that the master switch for the lights is not by the bedside. And once the master switch at the entrance is off, the bedside lightings cannot be switch on.

One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at. Upon arrival, no towels in bathroom, lights not working in bathroom, no hot water, room smelled like mold, bed sunken in and floor board coming apart. The only good things about this dump is the location to Bragga street and the view should you get a high enough room.

The Hotel should change the cloth iron due to wiring too bad. Asking for replacement many time but no action. Went to the meeting without ironing my suit. Disappointed.

Hotel room and location was great. The bathtube was old and in the first night need assistance how to turn the shower because the switch was old and hard to turn it. Not get toiletries in the first 2 nights. The pool not great, dirty and no change area. Food very average, vegetables (tumis) too bland, the fish is not fresh (I got allergy if eat not fresh fish), but Bubur Ketan Hitam and Bubur Kacang hijau was great.

I ever went to this hotel at middle year of 2017. I didn't stay at the bedroom of the hotel, but I went to had a meeting in the hotel's restaurant, to breaking the fast with my Junior High School schoolmate. The food was great, tasty, and also delicious. The food served in accordance with the formal way of eating. It has a good scenery and to be honest the layout of the hotel are a great choice to take a photo with your relatives. Although we were eating in open space, I mean many people could see us, the feel of the restaurant feel private, and no body could disturb our party or ceremony. The servant were very fast, deft, understand what we need, but remain friendly and polite. If you are a tourist, this hotel is recommended for you.

Comfortable lobby with very good and plenty of sofas. The atmosphere is always pleasantly buzzing. You can always order food/drinks and have it anywhere you like.

Hotel is great despite a bit old. Location is centralize and convenient. Excellent service and friendly staff!

The breakfast is very complete. The room is very clean and comfortable. It is very good also to create meeting here.

It's one of many good hotels in Bandungwe. The meals for breakfast are good many kind of local foods available; the rate is affordable.

Hotel room is clean and location is central. Only downside is that the pool can look a little murky. But it's still value for money.

We already booking with request for deluxe room single bed because be are with a baby but we get double bed, we are really really dissapointed. Bathtub need to upgrade it's look old one… and The front desk should be more nice to the guest I think, to the aston class of hotel clerk the front desk was very disappointing…

The location of the hotel is very strategic. It is near one of Bandung iconic place, which is Cihampelas street. It is very easy to reach Ciwalk, one of favorite place to hang out.

I was disapointed with front desk's service. I could get upgrade room from deluxe to executive. She said the room is not available. I said I can wait until someone in 1 of the exe utive room check out. She said wait, I will check. The fact is she didn't check but she discuss with her friend and decide that there's no one from executive room will check out. This is the first time I got dissapointed with Aston group. Thank you.

Berapa x nginep disini, kamarnya bagus, pelayananya jg okeeh, paling sip lokasinya deket ciwalk, gampang cari makanan, very recomended.

Need renovation, too old, not fresh, Wi-Fi was not working. Big room and good location.

Not bad. Room is neat. Furnishing could be better. Safety is satisfactory. Floor layout is quite terrible. Staff are mostly friendly. Bathtub is slippery. Hot & cold water is a bit hard to control. Water pressure is weak. Interior design of hotel needs a refresh. Building maintenance is less than satisfactory. Parking space and traffic has a poor flow. Internet is terribly slow, providing your own internet connection is very recommended. Swimming pool is available but I didn't get to try it. Breakfast quite nice but nothing to brag about.
