We couldn't have asked for a better holiday retreat, being a family traveller pf 6 from Malaysia. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and our room was spotless and spacious. And the whole experience exceeded our expectations. Keep up the good work guys!

+ Great location, affordable price.
— I would say you can improve more for your cleaning rooms and service for the price what we paid. It costs around 400k Rupiah and there is a lot of hotels cheaper than that with great value. Unfortunately all the service wasn't that great. Security was not helpful and wasn't friendly, room had a bit weird smell, tap water in the bathroom came through water very slowly, mold was really bad in the shower, towel was bad, there was a black stain on the bed sheet, and Wi-Fi was slow.
This Hotel also next to main road, we can heard a lot of noise from traffic, so if you looking for a quiet place to stay, I would say this place not recommended.
There is also just one person working as reception, so takes time to wait for checking in and out.

I totally love Zest Hotel Sukajadi.
Zest Sukajadi Bandung by Swiss-Belhotel International. The hotel is incredibly beautiful and wonderful. I love the design too. It's perfectly amazing. The security guards are helpful too. Thank you so much. Besides that, the lobby is remarkable. It's so comfortable. Then, the room is outstanding. Thank you so much Zest Hotel Sukajadi.
Zest Sukajadi Bandung by Swiss-Belhotel International. I hope someday I can come here again.
