Ibis Bandung Pasteur

Had a great dining experience at ibis Pasteur Bandung. The food was tasty, fresh, and well prepared. Special thanks to Chef Ricky who was very friendly and clearly passionate about his cooking. Overall, a really pleasant experience. Highly recommended!

Overall experience was great. Room was decent for the budget price, clean and comfortable. The only lacking point is the rather humid capsule bathroom, but everything else was nice. Excellent service from Vonny the front office staff. Keep up the good work!

I was quite disappointed with my stay at Hotel Ibis. Although the service and staff were good, the cleanliness of the room and the noise were very disturbing, which made it difficult for me to sleep comfortably. The breakfast also did not really suit my taste. However, the hotel’s location was convenient and provided good access for traveling around.

Love the bed, however, the color of the sheets are not white anymore. Also, we ordered two rooms but none of the rooms have soaps at all. They are all empty. When we asked, the cleaner said they can put in the soap. I don't think this is right. The bath soap need to be refilled without having to ask. We can't expect customer to ask for soap; which is the basic necessities in accor group. Other than this matter, everything are pleasant.

My go-to hotel for affordable stay in Bandung. More than half of my Accor membership nights are from this hotel. The staff have been very helpful, doing their best to meet early check-in and late check-out requests. Perhaps the only downside is that the room and furniture show signs of wear.

Great food and variety and taste. Kamar very decent buat harga tabg sangat ramah. Great foom service bisa 24 jam. Resto open for 24 hours which is great. Staf sangat ramah. Comfy place to stay. Traffic aja kadang suka pr hehehe pasteur. But over all grat you guys. Will come for more. Foody 🔥🔥🔥

Good location, but if we come from the city we have to U turn in the very long distance from that hotel. Good service, good receptionist hospitality.

Parking slot was limited, and yet, staff there are able to manage it. Breakfast was good with variety.
Amenities was limited.

My stay there was welcomed by the friendly and cheerful staff name Agung. He was so patient throughout our 3 rooms check-ins. He was very informative too. I am grateful to him. Thank you Agung.

To reach the location is kinda hard because we have to take a shortcut through the alley, and it's kinda challenging. On the other hand, the room is clean and cozy. The amenities were just right. The service is good, one of the helpers, Jessica, was so nice to me. Would like to be here and get hosted again.

A typical casual, standard hotel accommodating sleep-only occasions. Not for extended stays, but overall it's good; the room is clean and fine. The staff are helpful and friendly. The TV is not a smart TV, only cable with limited channels.

Everything's gud except the Wi-Fi. It's very slow we end up not using it all. The staff were very helpful especially Mr Latif at the reception.

The room, while somewhat compact, was impeccably clean and provided a comfortable atmosphere. The amenities were what one would expect from a 3-star hotel, with efficient air conditioning, a functional television, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The bathroom was equally well-maintained, and the hot water supply was reliable throughout my stay.
I found the service to be exemplary. The staff were courteous and professional, and the check-in process was remarkably swift and seamless, ensuring that I could settle in without any unnecessary delay.
Breakfast, though offering a reasonable variety, was rather underwhelming in terms of flavor, and this is an area that could benefit from improvement.
One notable downside is the limited and somewhat cramped parking space, which posed a challenge when trying to maneuver in and out of the area.
