Its really a good place to stay with or without family. Well I will recommend more for couple and solo travelers just to seek comfort. The ace might be small but the room service, cleanness and vibe really appealing. Know this place from local people.
If you seek yourself to stroll down in Bandung city and tired of places like Lembang or Dago this might be the best option you can get. Very near to the heart of the city.
This hotel is terrible and not recommended. Don't waste your time booking it.
I booked a Pine Suite room.
1. Upon entering the room, I was immediately disturbed to find dirty underwear hanging on the back door handle.
2. I was informed by the staff that the door could not be locked because the owner likes to clean the room. The inability to lock the room for cleaning purposes was also a cause for concern.
3. The room was also extremely noisy due to the constant traffic outside, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep.
I decided not to stay at this hotel and checked out immediately to find a new one.

Very comfort! all staff are very humble and helpful, explaining the rules in easiest way to be us understand. They have fix rule for couple, they just allowed married couple to stay here. I booked the penthouse type because I stayed with my family consist 8 person, the room was clean, everything were completed and they have Netflix account so we just need to log the account to the app, overall it's good. Just the traffic around the hotel is quite terrible, but yeah bandung on weekend just messed up.
