The place is beautiful, but the onsen's water is not hot, only lukewarm (38ºC) even after 2 days of non-stop heating the water. The water heater also has a fan that emit cold air, and somehow they install that fan besides the onsen, so you got lukewarm water and cold air.
After get out from the onsen, our body (me, my wife, my kids, and my friends who get in the onsen) get a bit itchy, so we suspect the water is not clean.
The living room although quite cozy, doesn't have air conditioning, only air cooler, so it can get a bit hot.
The air conditioning in the room also not quite powerful, making the room not as comfortable as it should.
The rest is pretty standard. The service is quite polite and nice.
