Had to give this hotel a bad review because of our experience.
The only good impressions that this hotel gave us was their staffs & security hospitality.
A review from a very disappointed customer:
— located literally in a crowded Y-junction main road, so you can expect the noises from vehicles.
— booked a "suite room", got a "very bad condition suite room"
-details on the room we've got:
1. The floor was so sticky.
2. The bathroom floor was slippery.
3. One of the lights in the room blinked rapidly.
4. Found someone's hair in the bed even before we slept on it.
5. The bed sheets & bed cover were dirty & stained badly (picture & video included)
6. Some area of the ceiling was infested with black moldy. (Pictures & video included)
7. Our bedroom was front-facing room so it faces to the street or the Y-junction I mentioned before.
8. The towels smells musty (damp)
9. The bedroom smells nice when we're first entered the room because of the strong perfume they've used to cover the damp smell room.
10. The worst part of all is that the balcony doors cannot be locked at all, so the noise from outside can be heard clearly inside the room. And it was very noisy that me & my wife can't sleep at all.
For the W avenue hotel management, please you guys must not sell bedrooms hotel with this very bad quality to any customers.
They did gave us a compensation refund of Rp 100.
