People smoke on the ground floor, the elevator situation is horrible (long waiting times and only 1 out of 2 working), our Imahku AirBnB (D2021) there was dirty, the alternative (B2028) in another tower as well. Later some locals told us it's a cheap place for students and no good. Shops are expensive, no-one can speak English.
