Sensa Hotel Bandung

I absolutely loved my stay at Sensa Hotel! The service was truly exceptional — from the front desk to the housekeeping team and the restaurant staff, everyone was so attentive, friendly, and thoughtful. I felt genuinely welcomed and cared for throughout my stay. I loved it so much and would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is just beside shopping mall and many street stalls. The room is cleaned daily without asking. A good spread of buffet breakfast. Staff are always smiling and greeting you. Very easy to get bluebird cab, always standby outside the mall. I have no complaints at all! Will definitely recommend my family and friends.

I stay in senior executive rooms with rates $108 on the weekdays, my expectations is too high with this rates. I can get better rooms and facilities at 5 ⭐ hotels with similar rates.
Access to hotel facilities is not comfortable, access to gym and pool together with breakfast access and gym closed untill 6 PM.
If u want to stay at this hotel better stay on superior or deluxe rooms.
Add rates for kid breakfast is too high, my 9 years old kid got charged Rp 198 k for add BF, while at others hotel for kid is only 50% from adults rates.
What I like from this hotel is only location and view and we can get it with lower type rooms that senior executive rooms.

Superior Twin, Weekday family staycation — The mall access is of course very convenient but we do love how kid-friendly the hotel is. There are few visible sharp edges and for a family of four, the room was pretty comfortable. AC and water heater worked perfectly well. View was great, room is clean, and the lighting was nice. The breakfast buffet was really good too.
There was a little issue with the room insulation but overall, it was an amazing stay. To close this review, I'd like to thank everyone at Sensa Hotel for paying attention to details and also for preparing a cool birthday surprise as well. Can't wait for the next stay!

I stayed one night here with my family. One of the good things about this hotel is the location beside or inside the mall—one of the big malls in Bandung. So you don't need to go anywhere, such as Salon, Cinema, Shopping, and food. The other good thing about this hotel is breakfast. They have an excellent variety of Indonesian food and Western food. Other than that, the hotel doesn't have anything special. The service was okay, but we asked about the AC not being cold until they came twice, but the AC still needed to be cold enough. I will not return to this hotel, so I'd better choose another one.

Its a mid range hotel adjacent to mall which is open air with many varieties of shops and eateries. Hotel itself is not that big. In spa and fitness center area there was no attendant and no washroom. Wifi coverage is low in many spots. Their food is alright.
Come here for the mall experience and if you have medium budget.

Probably one of the best hotel in Bandung, no hassle! Staffs are kind and polite. Foods are excellent! Overall I would recommend this to my colleagues and I will surely stay again in here!

The food was superb! There was traditional snack at the breakfast buffet, must try!

The location also superb, next to the hotel there is a mall and gift shop to buy oleh oleh.

Prime spot in middle of Bandung. Directly connected to Ciwalk mall. Not a big shopping center but it's decent to leisurely browse around. Nice swimming pool for kids too.

Our family of 4 stayed here for 3 nights.
Great location — right by the mall and also a shopping street.
Lovely, spacious rooms — with fridge, tea/coffee. Only slight issue was the shower drain probably needed looking at — as water would pool in the shower. But lovely and hot (unlike many hotels we’ve stayed at), and modern.
Lovely pool — located by the restaurant where we had buffet breakfast. What an offering! The best we’ve had! Super friendly, helpful staff.
First night we ate in one of the many restaurants in the mall.
Next 2 nights we went to Sudirman Street which we walked to (about 3.5 km).
Happily recommend the hotel!
