MOXY Bandung

We had four enjoyable nights here on our visit to Bandung. While it's a bit out of the way of happening places, it is only a IDR30k Grab ride to Jl Braga.
The hotel has excellent staff, from the front desk to the restaurant and cleaners. Our room was quite spacious, it was clean, comfortable and quiet. The buffet breakfast had plenty of variety, all local foods not Western, which was great. The Wi-Fi was excellent too.
We would highly recommend it.

As a moslem I found it was still hard to take 'wudlu' in the bathroom. However other aspects have been completely perfect👌
There is no water-heater in every room but they provide a water-dispenser in the ironing room where you can refill drinking water or iron your clothes. I love how futuristic the interior is. The restaurant is even set up like a modern cafe where teenagers like to hang out. Located in a strategic place in the center of Bandung, this hotel offers you a memorable experience❤️ Come and prove it on your own.

This is one of those Underrated Hotels. The ambience and theme of this hotel is amazing! Chic! And most importantly, Clean! Comfy on the bedroom, they provided everything as if it's a 5 stars… the hospitality of their staffs were just Superb! This is my most recommended hotel in Bandung downtown!

The room is a bit small, but clean. Breakfast could have fresher itens. Wifi is slow.
Positives : Good location, good service (everybody is nice and atentive), the manager of the hotel solved an issue very promptly and efective. Taking in consideration the size of the room I guess the price could be lower.

Cozy and quiet place in the middle of Bandung City, so you can easily online-order any famous food around city center within 30min time range.
The room is also quiet and spacious, the staffs are super friendly, special appreciation Alya who make sure we have the best experience while we stay there.

The rooms look nice, nice toilets but the water in the shower was abit too cold for me (despite the tap being at its maximum heat)
The breakfast was good, overall I think this would be a good hotel for people on vacation.
This would be a skip for people who cant have cold showers.

We arrived past 4pm but rooms were still unavailable. But Duty Manager Gary and Reception was very apologetic and offered us the best service ever, even offered complimentary pizza or snacks while we wait for the rooms, which we humbly decline. We asked for cold beverage instead.
Despite the setback, the quick service recovery was commendable. Kudos to Gary and Team.
Hotel is also located in a good location, close to shopping haven (Sultan Agung and Jln Trunojoyo) and foe Persib Bandung fans, the club house are located a stone throw away (5mins walk). Skybar dining is also good and decently price.

I mean, it's a 3 star hotel, of course it has 3 star rooms. The staff make up for it though.
In fairness, I normally stay at Sheraton and Le Meridian hotels from the Marriott line. Occasionally a Four Points.
Did I enjoy my stay in Bandung? Yes.
Would I stay at another Moxy? Probably not.
I'm sure for the 20-something crowd, this would be a hit. But I'm an old man and this just isn't my speed.
Still, can't beat the price…

Value for money, nice and trendy hotel!
Very friendly staff, Ushi was the best! Fun extra's, like a pool table and a photo booth. Very good location, walking distance from mall and resto's. Great view from the rooftop.
Basic breakfast. Noise from the hallway and road (rooms should be better isolated).

I stayed at Moxy Bandung for 4 days and 3 nights, and it was truly a wonderful experience. Thank you to the Moxy team—Sucia, Fath, Gerry, and Anggi (Housekeeping) —for the warm welcome and friendly service throughout my stay.
Moxy Bandung has always been my top choice whenever I visit the city, not only because of its strategic location but also for the vibrant and cozy atmosphere it offers. I especially enjoyed the breakfast experience—having Indomie in the morning with the charming Bandung city vibe is something I always look forward to.

Stayed with my wife and 5 y. O daughter for 3 nights. The room was a bit small even for a 3 star, no actual cupboard, just hangers on the wall. The shower is nice with good pressure and hot water. Now the good part, the staff are the biggest asset of this hotel, they went above and beyond. My daughter asked for papers to draw on and they actually brought coloring sheet and pencils, when we came back in the evening, we found the biggest pink teddy bear I've ever seen waiting in our room. My daughter and her cousin were ecstatic, she actually planned to sleep on the bear's belly 🤣. And they messaged me to ask when they see my laundry bag instead of just decide to send it to the laundy service, which 2 separate 5 star hotels did to me a while back, and charged an arm for it. The breakfast variations are very good, you can order indomie at the egg station, freshly cooked nasi goreng from a hole in the wall. One morning we didn't get a chair and eating while standing at the long table, the staff brought us chairs without being asked, so kind of them. Location of the hotel is very convenient, a walking distance from a very popular souvenir shop and many coffee shop around it, not that you need it because the hotel provide free coffee and popcorn all day 🥳

First of all, thanks for the great service, welcome drinks, chips, early and late check-in.
From app, I was requesting the crib, the crib was there but the crib cover seems not well cleaned, my son can't slept comfortably.
When I arrived, the room seems little bit dusty since I have allergy to dust I can feel it sensitively.
The gym was under maintenance, kinda unlikely happened.
Since my sinuses were so bad due to allergy, overall is 3/5

One of the best hotel crew ever. Thank you to all staff especially Mr Gerry, he let me check in early. As Platinum Elite Member, he gives me all the three welcome gifts, no need to choose. The room was bigger than the normal one. Great hot water and great aircond. The Moxy Bar was fun, great view of Bandung town. This hotel has a lot of fun games. The food was great, western mix with Indonesian cuisine. The hotel location nearby Bandung favourite bar and restaurant. I will come again here next time I visit Bandung city.

First I want to say “Thank you so much Mr Gerry”. He helps me with check in, room upgrade, early check in and even get all the benefit for welcome gifts. The room was cool. Little bit bigger than the normal one. Thank you too to Mr Lutfi for making great foods and drinks for us. All the hotel staff were great. They always smile to me. The hotel location can consider good. Nearby to all great foods and just 15min away to PVJ Mall.

Good location, comfortable beds and a nice rooftop bar. I enjoyed my stay here and had everything I needed. The only reason I didn’t give a five star is because our fried rice was served cold one afternoon when we stayed in for a meal. Other than that, service was great.

Nice compact hotel, part of Marriott group. The size of the room is not big, but it is just the right size. Aircond is very good and amenities is complete. This is a modern hotel with industrious style. A big shout out to reception staff Pak Gery, who assisted me during check in. He is very helpful and kind! Will be back next time in Bandung.

Friendly staff and housekeeping team. Also clean and convenient. The room has many hooks for hanging clothes. It also come with a big red teddy bear to welcome you. Ironing and refill water is self service in dedicated corner of each floor. Thank you!
