MORITZ SMART BANDUNG

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. It is very affordable yet offers great facilities. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, making it a great place to relax after a day out.
The location is quite strategic and close to many attractions, which made it easy to get around Bandung. The only downside is that the main road is one-way, so you may need to take a slightly longer route when coming back to the hotel.
One of the highlights was the breakfast — it was delicious, and the menu changed every day (I stayed for 3 nights), which kept things interesting.
Overall, this hotel is definitely worth trying if you are visiting Bandung. I would recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable stay at a reasonable price. 😊

For a 3-star hotel, this property exceeds expectations. The building is still new, ensuring an impeccable level of cleanliness—which I particularly appreciate, given my sensitivity to dust. The bed is exceptionally comfortable, the bathroom is spotless, and overall, the experience offers outstanding value for money.

Nice staff with first welcome drink and snack and clean room at this hotel, also delicious breakfast.
Inside room there are a smart television so we can spend a hole day watching Netflix.
The room rate is affordable but not too cheap too. Thumbs up for all staff and crew at Moritz Smart.

Its service and location are good. The room (s) are also okay. But, it will be much better if dust bin (s) /garbage can (s) are provided in the room area, as well, not only in the restroom.

Worth every pennies! They got nice in every perspective. I would love to sleep here again soon. Had a good nap here, everything was perfectly fine. Not too big, but you will get a good experience.

Kinda small ish room. Very tech savvy. Probably good for business travel. Not really family friendly unless you get a bigger room.

You can celebrate an intimate wedding here, the location is indoor and very private. The hotel is comfortable, the facilities are complete, and the television is also equipped with Netflix, so you can Netflix & chill with your partner haha. The food served also tastes delicious, The ambiance at Momo Restaurant is also very comfortable. Ooh and yes, the other best feature besides Netflix, is snacks and drinks in the mini refrigerator are included so there won't be any additional charges if you take the snacks and drinks, and, you can order food by clicking on the menu on your TV, worth to staying at Moritz Smart Hotel!

Nice place, we reserved for iftar ramadhan. Variative food, with new design athmosphere of the restaurant live music.

Stay 1night during nyepi day, Very unique design and smart tech, room is clean and bright, a little bit noise as my window facing the main street. Breakfast is good n tasty for 3 star hotel. Maybe more attention to the cleanliness of bathroom, as mirror rack has water stain n floor bit smelly.

As a new hotel, Moritz is a good choice to stay in Bandung. Room is clean, and they use apps to lift and room access. Very nice bed and TV quality. Wi fi is fast and they provide free minibar when you check in. Bathroom is bit small and can make all floor wet. A tips for management : the interior and material that used in this hotel is nice looking but not too easy to maintain it. So need attention for it. Location is near Cihampelas walk mall. Nice experience 👍

Its a decent hotel with no memorable experience. Well only the smart lock, which is new for me. You need to download and register the key. I was tired when checked in, so to wait for the app and register took a bit more time than just using a normal card key. Lobby is clean. Small but clean room and bathroom as advertised. Free snacks (peanuts, 1 bag of chips, 1 fitbar) and drink in the fridge (1 can of cola). Our room located on the second floor facing the road, my husband couldn’t sleep because of the noise coming from the road. The hotel seemed less busy, so I asked maybe we can get late check out, but only given 30 minutes more. Kinda disappointed. At least you could give like 1pm or 2pm especially when the hotel is not busy at all. Breakfast area is on the 5th floor. Nice setting. Breakfast spread were just ok and has variety. I liked the carbonara. But other than that it was just ok. Coffee tasted bland. The only friendly face and helpful staff were Ms Maya in the breakfast area. The hotel is in good location, close to Rumah Mode. I just wish the hotel will improve their guest relation, that the guest will feel more welcome in the hotel. The parking area is spacious.

Clean room, everything in the room looks brand new, have a smart tv, got a free mini bar + snacks, bathroom also very clean, got a delicious breakfast, the staff also very helpful. You will need to download an app to unlock or lock the door of your room. Small parking space but the staff will help you park your vehicle. Definitely will stay here again someday when I go to Bandung.
