This was my second stay with my family here at Ibis Bandung Trans Studio. When we came for the check in, the front desk could not deliver what we had requested. I showed quite a disappointment because my family & I could never take any smoking rooms or smoking floors in any of our hotel stay anywhere. However, pak Fadil showed a great care and he upgraded our rooms for the second & third night of our stay. Thank you. It meant a lot to us. The rooms were comfortable. Showers & hot water were clean & ran perfectly. The hotel is conveniently located next to the Trans Mall. The staff are nice. Please keep up the quality of service 👍🏻

I absolutely enjoyed my stay here. Room is comfortable, hot water works perfectly, Wi-Fi connection is stable, service at the restaurant is very good. There's only one thing annoys me, when I was praying on the 2nd floor during one of my meeting, the praying room (mushola) unfortunately smells really bad like the carpet has this stinky feet smell. Please make sure that the mushola is maintained properly.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and the check-in process was smooth. Especially for kak Gaby. The location is also very convenient. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again.

The rooms are very comfortable, clean, and the air conditioning is cool. The smart TV are equipped with netflix. Check in was also quick, and I was helped with my room as requested, as I had many requests. Thank you to the receptionist who helped me out.

Breakfast was great with plenty of food choices for the family. The kids’ play area was a big plus—young children enjoyed colouring and Montessori sand and jelly activities, while older kids had fun playing PS5. The chocolate fountain, popcorn, and ice cream were a hit. A very family-friendly and enjoyable breakfast experience.

The location is on premium location, the room always clean and neat. Close to mall due to it is above the mall — so whenever you are looking for something it is easy. The food is great! the breakfast is amazing with various menu and delicious. I brought my Vespa and it can be park in the middle of the main lobby way. Thank you ibis trans studio.

We enjoyed the foods, the ambience at Oopen kitchen. The staffs were helpful and nice. We met Astria and she helped us tp clean the table and take the dirties out. I love the jamu and indomie stall, but unfortunately the only served mie ayam bawang, whereas many people came to ask indomie goreng. Overall, we had a nice breakfast experience here. Thank you.

Our stay at Ibis Bandung Trans Studio was truly memorable! The location is unbeatable — just steps away from Trans Studio, which made our family trip to Bandung even more exciting and hassle-free.
The buffet breakfast was very diverse with plenty of delicious options. Service was quick, friendly, and attentive. A special shout-out to Lisa, Astria, and Mutia — your warm hospitality and cheerful attitude made us feel so welcome every day!
Check-in was smooth, the room was clean and cozy, and the overall service exceeded our expectations.

I love their location, connected with a huge shopping mall made it easy to shop and dine. I love their hospitality, friendly yet very professional service. Check in Check out was smooth.
We had a little hick up upon checking into our second room (we stayed in two rooms) but the staff managed to solve it instantly, and I was very impressed with their high standard of hospitality skill.
The room was very clean, spacious, with a very comfortable bed, nice bathroom and useful amenities.
Breakfast was great, lots of varieties but my favorite was their bread and lontong sayur.
We had a great time and I would like to thank all staff for their prompt and excellent service.

I have a good experience stay in this hotel, I stays for 4 nights. When check in staff very professional and very friendly even I'm arrived at the hotel midnight staff do the job very well, good food when breakfast. They gave more than I had expected, the room is clean, the location is the best, and of course the trans studio was a dream comes true for my kid. The staffs are very helpful and polite.

If you stay here, you don't need to worry about anything. This hotel is just a few steps from Trans Studio Mall. All your needs can be found here. The staff are friendly, the breakfast menu is very varied, the restaurant is large, the rooms are comfortable and there are vending machines in the lobby. The only drawback is that there is no gym and swimming pool, the rest is the best.

Booking room with breakfast via official website All. Accor. Com, somehow it didn't show the same when I checked-in to the hotel. Kudos to the receptionist who settled the problem smoothly.
Hotel itself is well located, side-by-side with a big shopping mall and theme-park and just 20 minutes to the main toll road connecting to Jakarta.
Although the room and shower-room are small, but very clean and comfortable.
The breakfast selection is okay, and the food could have been better in terms of taste and presentation.
