1. Our transit hotel coz arrive already late at nite.
2. Please change all ur bed sheet, pillow sheet coz if not it will down ur hotel rating (the colour not white its become grey. )
3. The bath room smell not good (bau pesing)
4. But the receptionist and security very nice and warm person.
5. Please upgrade ur room with clean and in a good smell.
6. Walkin by to ciwalk.

Unbelievably the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.
However, I would like to sincerely appreciate Mr. Septiana and Mr. Rendi at the reception. Their service was excellent — polite, helpful, and professional. They assisted me with the refund process smoothly, and I never felt disrespected by their words. They truly deserve recognition and a raise.
Unfortunately, the management was a complete disaster. I booked a room here, but when I arrived to check in, I was told the hotel was fully booked and that I would be transferred to an OYO property instead. The OYO staff were unhelpful, and one of them even ignored me while eating instant noodles — extremely unprofessional.
Such poor coordination and management. It’s a shame that great staff like Mr. Septiana and Mr. Rendi have to work under such disorganized leadership.

Real review. Worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Friendly staff and great location though. We booked 3 rooms and changed 3 times but still faced a lot of issues.
1) Yellowish, blood stained towels, bedsheets, pillow case. Some are new though.
2) Smelly interior. Some units with smelly toilets that draw in the air from other toilets due to bad plumbing.
3) Very old hotel, furniture is also very rugged and old.
4) Wi-Fi speed is slow and bad connection in some rooms.
5) Aircon, some not cold. Some have loud noises after using a while, need to off and on again to stop the noise. Imagine waking up 10 times one night.
6) Hot shower is not hot at all.
We stayed for many nights so it's really the worst experience ever.
