The hotel has a good location. Breakfast was also not bad.
The photos of the rooms are outdated and no longer relevant.
We were kept waiting at reception for an hour and a half, and check-in was at exactly 2:00 p. M.
The window in the room is fake. You will see a brick wall instead of a view of the street. This was an unpleasant discovery for us.
The bed linen was dirty. The staff replaced the linen 1 hour after our request. The new linen was not much better.
The interior of the room is in poor condition and needs renovation.
The smell in the room is terrible because there is no ventilation.
There is no hot water. Hot water only appeared after 2 days of complaints.
Renovations are being carried out in the hotel courtyard from morning until evening. If you get a room with a window, there is a high probability that you will hear the sounds of renovation.
