The hotel has an older but spacious room, and they manage to keep it very clean, which is impressive. The location is convenient, just a short walk from the train station, and it is also near Braga Street in Bandung. Breakfast was average, but the Indonesian hospitality was excellent. The staff were very polite and helpful throughout my stay.

The room was supposedly deluxe but was nothing of the sort. The cabinet door to the fridge was broken (push open/close mechanism didn’t work) so they gave us some folded card to wedge between the door to allow us to open the fridge door. The bathroom sink was so small.
Also, repairs around the sink were badly done and not what you’d expect from a hotel of this calibre or “Deluxe Room”.
The reception staff were great and even let us check in at 11am. Thank you!
The traffic outside makes the room extremely noisy.
Please fix your rooms and you’ll get good reviews.

The worst hotel I ever stay. Let's me start with cons.
Aircond not cold. Even feedback to the receptionist but still not cold.
Low water pressure in the bathroom.
No safety deposit box available in the room.
Breakfast so so only.
Hotel lobby are allow to smoke? I can even smell cigarettes smoke in the restaurant. Lost appetite.
Pros? Location is the only good thing. Near to Braga.
