Pros: friendly staff, convenient location, across from Ciwalk Mall.
Cons: rooms, linen, and bath towels were dirty, rooms in various states of disrepair, a/c sometimes works depending on the room.
We found cockroaches in the first room. After notifying the front desk, we were quickly moved to a new room. Unfortunately, this room was rather dirty. The towels in both rooms were dingy and didn't appear clean. The linen in the second room had several obvious stains, and the floor was rather damaged in the entryway.
We checked out after less than two hours and moved to a different hotel. The staff canceled the room charge for the second night we had booked, but we still had to pay for the first night despite not staying there.
The only saving grace for this hotel is the location. If you don't mind a dirty room and the possibility of roaches in your room, it's great. Otherwise, look towards other nearby hotels.
