Thank you very much, my experience at the De Halimun Hotel yesterday was very comfortable, from the service to the cleanliness of the hotel, the atmosphere in the hotel was also very comfortable for relaxing, the best trip I found this hotel and will really recommend it to my friends when they want to go to Bandung, thank you.

The only advantage is only the location and a very kind and helpfull male staffs that attend us during our checkin.
Upon checkin and we noticed the holder of the bidet holder is on the floor in front of the toilet door. Then we discovered the aircond is broken.
The staff tried to repair but unsuccessful. He get us another room on the 1 st floor and everything is acceptable.
The room is ok with large single bed. Basic amenities with good water pressure.
We noticed guests are allowed to smoking at the courtyard area and it is exactly in front of the rooms.

We booked under de halimun for a family trip recently. I was appauled by the level of hygiene in the room. Bed bugs were running around on our bedsheets and toilet had mold on the floor. When we raised our concerns abt the bed bugs, we were informed by the counter staff if we wanted to have a bed without bed bugs to upgrade and pay. Bed bugs are a health risk!
