The service was excellent and friendly. This hotel has a vintage style, neatly arranged and clean. The rooms are also very clean, complete with all the amenities. It was a very comfortable stay at this hotel. We chose the one that included breakfast. But the breakfast is not very varied and the taste is also ordinary. There is a coffee shop in the lobby below. You can try it, the coffee tastes pretty good.

The only thing that left behind by this property was 1 thing. Maintenance.
Once, I stayed in almost similar kind of building in Malang but they took care the property resulting a really well-maintained and comfortable hotel and definitely high rate review.
This Bumi hotel offered best location, good building yet didn’t maintained carefully. Cockroach upon entering the room, unpleasant smell in the hall way, no hot water, ripped blanket, and AC didn’t work (thank goodness it was raining in Bandung)
I am hoping they took care of this property carefully. I wish they could truly understand what advantages they have and how they could benefit from that.

We stayed here in Jan 2023.
Pro: it was close to where I needed to be. It didn’t smell bad. The room I was in had hot water for the shower (not all the rooms do).
Con: the place was very dirty and did not provide any room service cleaning. The rooms are quite old and run down. The Air conditioner was not able to cool the room down.
We have stayed here before and it is a lot worse this time. I had to check out early due to the quality even though we didn’t get our fee back.
Considering the price there were much better options around for a similar amount.
It was very disappointing to see this place the way it is now. We won’t be back unless it has major improvements.
