Hotel O Cibeureum Residence

Reviews regarding the staff are quite mixed. Some guests praise the team for being friendly and efficient, particularly highlighting the female receptionists. However, many complain about the rudeness and unfriendliness of a male staff member who speaks sharply and behaves inappropriately. There are also complaints regarding the unfriendly attitude of the night staff and a lack of professionalism when handling reservation issues.

Many guests report serious pricing issues: upon check-in, staff often demand additional payment, claiming that the app price was too low or that a system error occurred. In some cases, guests were asked to pay substantial extra amounts or even cancel their online booking in favor of a more expensive walk-in rate. One guest noted that the hotel offered a discount voucher as a solution when a price discrepancy occurred.

Opinions on cleanliness are divided: some guests find the rooms clean and comfortable, while others complain about dirt, stained bedsheets, stray hairs, and even cockroaches in the room. The beds and mattresses are generally considered comfortable. However, there are complaints about worn-out interiors, aging walls, and old tiles. A strong smell of cigarette smoke was also noted in some rooms.

The air conditioning in most rooms works well and provides pleasant cooling, although in one case a non-functioning remote control was reported. As for the Wi-Fi, the experience is mixed: some guests are satisfied with the connection, while others report slow speeds or that the signal does not reach the room at all.

Information regarding the availability of toiletries is inconsistent. Some guests confirm the presence of soap, shampoo, and towels, while others state that these items were missing, especially on weekdays. There were complaints about rough towels and the lack of toothbrushes and toothpaste. Plumbing issues were also mentioned, such as broken shower faucets and rusty bidet sprayers.

The operation of appliances is inconsistent. While some guests are satisfied with the TV and air conditioning, others frequently encountered televisions that would not turn on or required reprogramming. Issues with hot water were also mentioned, with some rooms having no hot water at all.

The hotel has parking facilities; however, one guest was extremely dissatisfied with the parking attendants. According to them, the staff demanded payment to exit without providing any real assistance with directing traffic or holding the motorbike.
