The House Tour Hotel with The Potting Shed

If you're looking for an aesthetically pleasing place, it may be suitable for you, or if you only want to hang out in the cafe. But for staying? I had a very unpleasant stay. The kind of services you get for those kinds of prices, you can get it at a big franchise Hotel Group :

1. The room quality is moldy, the towel quality is not proper it doesn't even absorb water.
2. Wi-fi is very unstable.
3. I was staying in room 202, which I just read that the same experience other guests had in the same room was quite unpleasant. The room is NOISY at midnight, it's not even close to the cafe area, so I guess it comes from the staff in the back. It's very uncomfortable hearing it when you just want to rest after having a long day.
4. The Breakfast doesn't have many options And the food finished too quickly, and it seemed like they didn't serve many portions.

1. The receptionist is not a friendly type, rarely offering a smile or greeting before we greeted them first. We had trouble contacting the front office to reserve a room service because they didn't answer the phone, and we had to go down directly to order.
2. I had some of my personal belongings left unintentionally in the hotel, and the staff doesn't take it seriously until a week later, when I realized that my stuff was missing. They had my number when I was checking into the hotel, but they didn't contact me at all.

Great stay! Loved the spacious room with beautifully designed interior and a relaxing bathroom with a bathtub by the window. The large tree-view windows created a peaceful ambiance. Strategic location near ciumbeuleuit, large car park, and a nice on-site cafe added to the experience. Highly recommend!

In the future, please improve the rooms sounds barrier.
