They also have EV charging eventhough only 1 plug, but they managed properly and helped us charged our car while we were sleeping.

My recent 3-night stay at the Sheraton Bandung was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment I arrived, I was met with unparalleled hospitality that set the tone for a truly memorable visit.
The service here is genuinely top-class. Every staff member, from the concierge to the housekeeping team, was incredibly attentive, professional, and always greeted me with a warm smile. They went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and needs were met, making me feel completely pampered.
The room was an oasis of comfort and style. It was impeccably clean, and the facilities were modern and well-maintained. I was particularly impressed with the thoughtful touch of providing designer amenities, which added an extra layer of luxury to the experience. It’s clear the hotel pays close attention to every detail.
And the food – it was simply excellent! I had the pleasure of trying several dishes, and each one was a culinary delight. The quality, presentation, and variety of the food offerings were outstanding and exceeded all my expectations.
I cannot recommend the Sheraton Bandung highly enough. It’s the perfect choice for anyone seeking a luxurious, comfortable, and truly 5-star stay in the city. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

Great Family-Friendly Hotel!
Sheraton Bandung is an excellent choice for families with kids. The hotel is clean, peaceful, and has a spacious garden and safe playground that our child absolutely loved. The pool also has a kid-friendly section, and the staff were always warm and helpful. Highly recommended for a relaxing and child-friendly stay in Bandung!

It was an absolute pleasure to stay in there. We had a 2 night family stay. Open parking, airy corridors, good food & fitness center. Rooms layout is intuitive and elegant. Oh, there are some bunnies as well to entertain kids.
You can be certain that it's a good place when you don't see missing floor numbers due to stupid superstitions.
Other hotels should learn some lessons (common sense) from Sheraton.

We had stayed here 10 years ago, and we come again and it was still good stay. The room was spacious. Room and bed was clean. The services was excellent as always. Breakfast was delicious with many varieties of food. We really had a good night sleep. Everything was great.

Consider good hotel, Suitable for staycation/holiday with family-kids but need to consider to operate lift soon or improve access for wheelchair or old people (maybe already have wheelchair access but we didn’t see when we stayed).
Need to improve car parking basement brightness.

Stayed 3 weeks ago in this hotel and it was one of the memorable stay for me. Sheraton Bandung is one of the best five-star resorts in Bandung, located in Dago, offering a little peaceful retreat while still being close to the city’s attraction and cooler climate gave us a chill vibes.
Thank you for the upgrade to Tower Suite room as Titanium elite bonvoy member, the r. Ooms are really spacious and elegantly designed and have its private balconies, also a lot of room for spacious workspaces. Moreover, the services at Tower Lounge also top notch, the food was very delicious.
A beautifully designed outdoor swimming pool surrounded by tropical greenery. Well-equipped fitness center with modern exercise machines. The breakfast buffet at Feast Restaurant is outstanding, featuring a wide variety of food.
One of the strongest aspects of Sheraton Bandung is its exceptional service. The staff is friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with any requests, very smooth check-in & check-out process. Would I stay again? Absolutely!

What I like the most is the location, 12 minutes away from the busy town and yet offers you the tranquility and greenery. Hotel is rather old, 4 storey large resort style building. Room is also old, water drainage is not working well. A little annoyed with the lady looking after the executive lounge in the morning. There were 3 of us and we said we will pay for the additional guest. And for the next 10 minutes, her focus was making sure that the bill is printed and signed. She didn’t offer any coffee or tea, just get the bill done. Other than that, the staff is nice, the chef at the exec lounge is keen to promote his cooking and Pak Agum offered us his cocktail mixing skill. As the hotel is near to the residential area, there are at least 4 mosques around the hotel. The morning prayer at dawn, will certainly wake you up.

Excellent location a bit of paradise away from the rest of the busy city. The staff were very helpful. I had misplaced my adapter in the hotel had one to lend. Beautiful rooms well worth the stay.

The room has been renovated, the lighting is bright. There are 4 pillows, the mattress is also comfortable and still in prime condition. The sofa has a few stains but is not too dirty. There is a work desk and a comfortable work chair for working and eating. 4 bottles of mineral water are provided, tea is from Dilmah, coffee is from drip bags, there is no coffee machine here yet. The view is from the garden.
The bathroom is spacious, the shower is also spacious. I like the long vanity table, it is easy to wash baby equipment. The shower has a rain shower. Amenities are from Gilchrist and Soames. The towels provided are 2 body towels, 2 hand towels and 2 face towels, all still white. Only the lighting in the shower is a bit dark in my opinion.
What I like about Sheraton is that there is a minimart across the street. So buying anything is easy, there is also a BCA ATM inside Sheraton.
As for the facilities and breakfast, they are still the same, you can read about them in the link above, and it confirms once again that Sheraton Bandung's siomay Bandung is still the champion of all 5-star hotels in Bandung.

The hotel is impeccably clean and well-maintained, and the food was excellent, with a great variety served on different days. The best part was being able to safely enjoy delicious street food!

Our best stay in Bandung! We stayed at room with pool access. Clean & spacious room. The staffs were helpfull. Great food and provide lots of child activities. Overall it was great! Ohh and they gave 1 extra pax breakfast compliment for us. Thank you Sheraton, we definitely will come back!

A Truly Exceptional Stay – Sheraton Bandung.
I recently spent 3 nights at Sheraton Bandung Hotel & Towers, and I must say, the experience was beyond amazing. While it’s a 5-star hotel, the service, support, and overall hospitality felt like something truly special—a step above even the highest expectations.
From the moment I arrived, the warmth and friendliness of the staff made me feel welcomed and well-cared for. I would like to give a special mention to Dame, the receptionist, who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. He was incredibly attentive, friendly, and ensured that every detail was perfect. This level of personalized service made my experience unforgettable.
The hotel itself is stunning—spotlessly clean, thoughtfully designed, and equipped with full amenities that cater to every need. My room was spacious, well-maintained, and beautifully appointed. One of the highlights for me was the bathroom—it’s hard to describe, but there’s something about it that made every shower feel refreshing and luxurious.
Now, let’s talk about the breakfast—and what a breakfast it was! The choices were amazing, the food was fresh, and everything was so thoughtfully prepared. They also serve local delicacies like mie kocok and siomay batagor—not only did they taste fantastic, but the texture was even better than what I’ve had at some of the popular local spots. The fruit and vegetable juice is real and made fresh!

The Room is clean and spacious, the amenities are well enough for us complete with one big screen TV in the room, it is not difiicult to find food near the hotel area, there is restaurant and coffee shop in the hotel area, and small minimart just across the street. There is spa to relaxing your body, also swimming pool at the hotel.
