We have stayed at Sheraton Bandung several times, and each visit has been a wonderful experience. On our most recent stay, we booked a Deluxe King Room with a balcony. The room was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained.
The breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options. We also used the gym before breakfast and found the hotel’s facilities to be excellent, well-equipped, and well maintained.
The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. We asked about the nearest pharmacy, and the receptionist kindly directed us there. They also assisted us in arranging transportation to Jakarta when we encountered issues with the Grab app, which we greatly appreciated.
The overall atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable.
We were very happy with our stay and look forward to returning for a longer visit in the future. We highly recommend Sheraton Bandung to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Bandung.

We had a fantastic stay at the Sheraton and cannot recommend it highly enough. The entire property was beautiful, but what truly made our experience unforgettable was the incredible staff. Every single team member we encountered was warm, professional, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.
A special shout-out must go to Mr Dani and Anggi in the restaurant department. Their exceptional service, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality stood out during every meal. He paid close attention to every detail and ensured our dining experience was absolutely perfect.

One of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. The service was exceptional from the moment I arrived until check-out.
A special thank you to Sasha and Seffa, who went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Their professionalism, kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care for guests truly set them apart. They made me feel welcomed, valued, and completely at home throughout my stay.
The hospitality, warmth, and dedication shown by the entire team were outstanding, but Sasha and Seffa deserve special recognition for delivering service at the highest level.
