Oh my God. I love Serela Cihampelas Hotel so much. This hotel is perfectly amazing and beautiful.

A very very displeasing stay!
Booked 2 rooms for 2 nights, ended up cancelling the second night thanks to the roaches in one of the rooms. Staff gave us bug spray but didn't work and it only made the room stinky. Staff offered to switch room and yet we found roaches in the new room too!
In the room that is save from roaches, got stains on the carpet, the bathroom mirror is cracked and the sink seems to be in a brink of falling off the wall (like there's a gap between the sink and the wall).
The breakfast food… not bad but nothing special either.
The staffs were pretty nice, and the thing that saved this hotel from truly bad review is the location.
If you came to Bandung to spend the entire day outside and only came to the hotel to sleep and don't really mind of roaches or lucky enough to get the clean room and need an affordable hotel to stay in. Then go ahead and book this hotel. But if you seek comfortable stay, then look somewhere else.
And for the hotel management. Please please please pay more attention to your hotel's cleanliness. Months worth of bad cleanliness reviews yet you kept this going as it is? Shame.

Room quite small and for muslim it's quite hard to get a space for prayer especially if u stay at twin room, for the breakfast spread is consider "just ok" not too much but not too less. The taste of food also "just ok" except for my 2nd day breakfast all the food is super salty until I cannot finished my food. I believe all guest also cannot finish their food too because I saw most of them just ate a few bites then left the food. In terms of location very perfect!
