The hotel offers a spacious parking area that can accommodate up to 10 vehicles simultaneously. Charging electric motorcycle batteries is permitted in the guesthouse garage. However, some guests have expressed concern regarding vehicle security, as the premises are not gated or fenced.

The hotel staff is described as very friendly, kind, and responsive. Guests highly appreciate the quality of service, noting that the team is always ready to assist. Check-in and guest services are handled quickly and courteously.

The provision of drinking water varies depending on the room: many guests received two bottles of mineral water. Some rooms feature an electric kettle for preparing hot beverages, although other guests noted the absence of a tea set and hot water for coffee.

The hotel provides Wi-Fi, but coverage can be inconsistent. One guest reported that the wireless internet signal did not reach their room.

Opinions regarding the condition of the rooms are mixed. Many guests praise the spacious and clean rooms, highlighting the presence of TVs, large sofas, and even bathtubs in premium rooms. However, there are complaints regarding wear and tear: some guests noticed dust, cobwebs, burnt-out light bulbs, and thin pillows that are due for replacement. It was also noted that full-sized wardrobes are lacking, with only drawers or hanging racks provided instead.

Most rooms do not have air conditioning and are equipped with fans instead. Thanks to the location in the cool area of Lembang, many guests do not require AC, as the rooms are naturally cool or even chilly. Nonetheless, some family rooms do have air conditioning, which operates very efficiently.

The amenities provided vary depending on the room category. Some guests confirm the availability of soap, toothbrushes, and towels. However, others reported that their rooms lacked soap, toothbrushes, slippers, and bath mats.

The hotel features a quiet, cozy, and peaceful atmosphere, making it well-suited for a getaway from city noise. The interior is designed in a classic retro style with elements of a traditional Javanese house and antiques, which some guests find charming and homey, while others find it slightly eerie ("a haunted house vibe"). Regarding noise, the hotel is generally quiet, although laughter from the café located in front of the entrance may carry over to the rooms on weekends.

The hotel is equipped with water heaters, and most guests confirm having a working hot shower. However, one guest noted an issue with temperature regulation that made it impossible to switch to cold water, and another complained of very low water pressure in the toilet.
