The main entrance is the small green door where you need to ring the bell to call anyone inside to open the door. Tonight, I stood and waited in front of this door for 30 minutes and only can be opened after I called and woke up my wife during her sleep.
There was no one waiting in the office. Imagine for being a guest and you have to wait to get inside.
This is by far the worst experience for a hotel access. Even a small cheap hotel always have someone standby for guests. I paid 1.1 million/night for this property.
The water pressure is quite small and the second bedroom and living room don't have aircon. For this price, a local airbnb would give you a better value.
The property itself is quite old and doesn't have any soundproof. I always got awaken by the sound of nextdoor guests.
When we arrived here, we had to carry our own luggages through the stairs because our unit is on 2nd floor. Without any offer to help for carrying our luggages.
This property feels like reddoorz with steroid but with a far worse access.
I have attached pics of doorbells, the main entrance and also the empty office during my stay.
I picked this property because it is a walking distance to my friend's villa.
We stayed here for 3 nights, the service was OK, but it was hard to communicate, even with Google translate.
The building / rooms are very outdated, it seems that there was no maintenance done for 20yrs.
No hot water available, for the shower, and the bathroom has a bad smell.
Location is good, 20min from the citycentre and with Gojek or Grab, it's easy to go there.
Within the area of the appartment, there are a couple of places where you can eat, good local indonesian food.

Stayed for just 1 night. Apartments are a bit dated but it was adequate for the night we stayed. Water pressure was low & none of us could get any hot water. Air con worked okay & the bed linen was all very clean. Main issue we had was noise from the road. Each room has some small openings high in the wall which are netted but not glassed. This allowed high levels of noise that came from the numerous motorbikes passing by most of the night which meant a very fitful sleep. Wouldn't want to stay here for a few nights.
