Worst room I've ever stayed. Hot water not working. When I ask to receptionist, he just say "Ah, the gas has not been replaced". He just say that and until now I write the review, the gas still not replaced.
Another major problem is after 1 week me and my friend in this place, the water in bathroom has containing black thing (like mud or something? ) And it really stink! My friend complaining about it and receptionist say they will handle it. But the next day still the mud is still there. And finally my company that reimburse me asking for refund because this problem. But you know what? They do not accept the refund and still say that they will fix it, but the problem still not solved. I hope everybody doesn't feel what I feel in this guest room.
Sorry for my bad english. Wish the owner of guest room will fix the quality of the service and facility. I just review what I feel and it is what it is.
