Stayed 1 night here.
— Room was decent enough for the price, but I find it to be unsuitable for family pack because it’s quite small.
— Location-wise good: nearby to a lot of cafes (walkable distance)
— The area was quite noisy at night when there were a lot of customers in their dining area. As it’s an open space concept, the noises were very loud and clear. Unsuitable for those who want a peaceful ambience.
— Service was great, staffs were friendly and helpful.
— We opted for the standard room package but got offered free breakfast, thank you!

Mixed Experience at (Hotel Name)
I stayed here for 2 nights and found the room to be decent for the price. Due to its location next to the main street, it can be a bit noisy at night, though my earplugs helped mitigate that issue.
The food service, however, left much to be desired. For dinner, I ordered room service and ended up waiting over an hour. When I called to confirm my order, the receptionist was clearly surprised and asked who had received my order before—making me think that they may have forgotten to prepare it in the first place. Breakfast options were also disappointing, with little variety over the two days. Additionally, my eggs order was mixed up—I’m lactose intolerant and had specifically requested eggs with mushrooms and onions, but they came out with cheese.
Overall, while the room was acceptable and the noise manageable, the food service and breakfast offerings need significant improvement.

Might comeback someday, area surround hotel its quiet, room very clean, water heater its good, channel TV surprisingly abundant. Also lobby & resto area are very cozy. Staff also very helpful and polite.
Things that might be improve its breakfast menu variety and please provide warm / hot water, not everyone can drink cold water on the morning.

The room not as big as I thought, and its soundproofing is bad. We could hear footsteps from the floor above, vehicle noice from the outside, and music from the side room.
But still served the purpose. 🫡

Staff. The outdoor space & parking is not big. They have cozy cafe called Hara, the food was bomb specialy the sup. Breakfast menu was delicious. — Truly enjoy stay here.

Kinda spacey for parking, our first impression as it combined with cafe. Spacey too for the room. Kindah hard to parents to go to bed. No fridge in the room. Included breakfast in not much variety for Indonesian dish. No coffee or tea.

Cozy place, have a really good restaurant and have a lot of choice of food, breakfast have a variety of choice, parking area relatively small but other facility are great rooms are good, recommended for solo or couple traveler that looking for worthy staying place.

Overall, Kollektiv Hotel is a very nice place to stay:
— Welcoming and friendly staff.
— Amazing amenities.
— Strategic location.
— Great breakfast.
My evaluation for this place includes one very crucial point:
— The bathroom glass is not fully covered, and the exhaust fan is linked to the lamp.
— If we turn off the lamp, the exhaust fan turns off, making the room very humid at night.
— I found it difficult to breathe on the second night and had to open the window to improve air circulation.
I recommend the building management to evaluate this. I will be more than happy to revisit if this matter is addressed.

Beautiful, modern hotel made out of truck container I believe, it has a cafe downstairs, loved their crepe cake. The food menu was average, however.
Room was better than expected, spacious room for under 1mill, decent breakfast. Service was alright. Had a mild paranormal disturbance during our stay tho 🫣👻 but since it was only for a night we did not report and slept it away.

The room is very tastefully designed surrounded with green environment. They provided with not only 2 but 4 bottled water, which is also helpful for brushing teeth for us aussies traveller who usually got belly bugs :).
If you stay there you should try the goat satay (“sate kambing tegal”) and the boneless milk fish (“bandeng”) which are superb! 🤤

This is a great hotel with excellent service. They even provide a hair dryer in the room, a thoughtful touch. The air conditioning keeps the rooms comfortable, and the Wi-Fi is blazing fast with 5G connectivity. The hotel also boasts a cozy cafe called Hara Cafe, a perfect spot to relax. The room itself was spotless, and I loved having access to Netflix on the TV. To top it all off, the breakfast menu was delicious – I truly enjoyed every bite.

A nice hotel, very close to the main road and intercity toll gate. Lovely room, lovely ambience, helpful staff. The outdoor space is not big, but nicely decorated and cozy. Room is clean, with modern design. Hot shower is available all day. Breakfast is delicious and coffee was made by barista.

Happy place & great food ❣

A better hotel in town. I shall return.
