I’m from Malaysia. Stayed here and the price was reasonable. Laundry service + ironing was affordable, which helped a lot. The unit (Busan) 3 room, 2 bathroom; was well equipped — kitchen, microwave, water dispenser, fridge, TV, hair dryer, and even a bath tub. Bed was decent and honestly my fav part. Overall, comfy stay and worth it 👍

Has a strategic location, plenty of food around, from McD, KFC and also some reataurants nearby, a bit old fashioned but very large unit indeed.

I really love Grand Setiabudi Apartment. It was my first time I came here and I felt so happy and grateful.
Grand Setiabudi Apartment is one of the best apartment in Bandung. The parking staffs are so friendly and helpful.
The room is totally comfortable and the parking lot is so wide. There's a jogging area too. It's so green and beautiful. Then, there's a mushola as well. It's very perfect.
Thank you very much Grand Setiabudi Apartment. I hope someday I can come here again.
