This hotel is located in a fairly strategic area in the North Bandung area, Jalan Ciumbuleuit No. 152 Bandung, an area that is still considered to be green and cool. The hotel is suck. We checked in last night, after one shower, the water stopped and when we called the reception they said it will be only a while because it is being fixed. We waited until morning and the water still not running. I did not shower last nite and in the morning, the hotel even not offered to move us ro another room. What a bad service. Because I think the reception knew but they do not care enough to face the guests. I went down to reception in the morning and they knew since last night that water broken. They should stop receiving guest.
