One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at in Bandung. It’s very comfortable, clean, and perfectly located. The atmosphere is peaceful, and the room was spotless — the bed and bathroom were also very comfortable. The service was excellent and truly customer-centric, especially from a staff member named Gilang, who was very attentive and provided great service. I will definitely come back here on my next visit to Bandung.
The place looks great, the interior is also great. But the inside… I don't think it's worth the price.
This hotel has a beautiful view, but the bathroom is very old. The shower head is too old enough to have lime and green algae, so after I had a shower, my body smelled like iron. Also, the hygiene wasn't very good. Places that cannot be seen well, such as underneath the bed, the corner behind the furniture was not cleaned. The dust could be seen well because the floor is very dark.
The carpet wasn't that clean also, so we had to slippers all day long when resting inside the room. The servers' service were good, but always a little bit late.
The bar was great, but what I drank was unavailable to drink. I ordered a chocolate cocktail, but I felt like drinking mostly water.
The view is amazing but I hope that the hotel invest inside the hotel hygiene and the quality of the food.

This hotel is very far from the best in Bandung.
Basically it's a plastic copy of an Italian "castle". You'd be better off visiting the original in italy, or maybe a genuine vintage hotel in Bandung.
The rooms are small, more suitable to a 3* size than the claimed 5*. There is also noise from outside, from adjacent rooms, and the corridor.
The service is quite good but no better than normal for Indonesia.
The location is "ok" — you are not in the higher locations in Bandung with cooler weather, but it's quite quick to get to the airport. There's nothing nearby to buy drinks etc and they charge 15, 000rp for a plastic bottle of water in the room.
The construction quality is poor and needs refurbishment — for example, the balcony doors are aluminium and don't close properly. This allows insects in from outside (e. G. Ants). The quality of the building also seems cheap, everything feels quite cheap in a way that a simpler hotel not trying to copy a luxury hotel would not, or even compared to a normal 4* hotel.
Overall we paid a reasonable price at around 833, 000rp net without breakfast, which is slightly more than somewhere like the Aryaduta, but overall the plastic castle effect did nothing for me as a European visitor. Maybe local guests would be more impressed. I would not stay again.
