The place looks great, the interior is also great. But the inside… I don't think it's worth the price.
This hotel has a beautiful view, but the bathroom is very old. The shower head is too old enough to have lime and green algae, so after I had a shower, my body smelled like iron. Also, the hygiene wasn't very good. Places that cannot be seen well, such as underneath the bed, the corner behind the furniture was not cleaned. The dust could be seen well because the floor is very dark.
The carpet wasn't that clean also, so we had to slippers all day long when resting inside the room. The servers' service were good, but always a little bit late.
The bar was great, but what I drank was unavailable to drink. I ordered a chocolate cocktail, but I felt like drinking mostly water.
The view is amazing but I hope that the hotel invest inside the hotel hygiene and the quality of the food.
All the staff was very nice and great, they have been treated me like a queen! which are very lovely matching the building styles, staying at a palace look a like hotel ans treated as a queen was very amazing service, thank you so much Mrs. Salsa and Mrs. Lina also Mrs. Nazwa who very enthusiast to assist mem definetly would comeback again, they even have a lot of choices of pastry, the looks and the taste never dissaponted me, thank you so much!

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at in Bandung. It’s very comfortable, clean, and perfectly located. The atmosphere is peaceful, and the room was spotless — the bed and bathroom were also very comfortable. The service was excellent and truly customer-centric, especially from a staff member named Gilang, who was very attentive and provided great service. I will definitely come back here on my next visit to Bandung.
