Book a double room with aircon for better comfort. I made a mistake booking a single room with fan, turns out the fan was just a wall exhaust fan but it shared the same power source as the room light so when the room light is turned off, the exhaust fan turns off as well. No window so ventilation is lacking. I was allocated a room near the 2nd floor porch smoking area and there were like 4-5 smokers just outside the room.
What is unfortunate is that on the night of my stay, there was a group of people who checked in late at midnight and are noisy until 2+ am as well as in the early morning from 5-7am, I couldn't get any sleep. For this reason, I checked out early next morning despite booking for 2 nights stay.
The good part is that the room and shared toilets are clean. Hot shower is available and there is common area with table and chairs. Wi-Fi works well too and location is close to tsm.
