The air conditioning system generally works well, and many guests noted that the air conditioners cool the air effectively. However, some reviews mention a musty and damp smell in the rooms.

Hygiene products and amenity kits, including soap, are often completely absent. Towels are described as old, dirty, and grey. The operation of hot water is unstable: some guests reported that the hot water does not work at all.

There is no elevator in the building. To reach rooms on the upper floors (for example, the third floor), guests must use the stairs, which may be difficult for elderly individuals or guests with heavy luggage.
