I saw the advertisement on an app and because I was running out of choices, I booked the room here. It was quite confusing and disappointing at the same time.
First, the access to the receptionist is quite confusing because we have to go down from the main lobby without any direction.
Second, there is no room boy to help you carry your stuff. I brought so many suitcases and I had to bring it myself to the room.
Third, the room was old. I can actually accept it but the cleanliness was too damn bad. The room was dirty, the sofa was dirty, the bed sheet was dirty and the water boiler was dirty.
It is better to upgrade and redecorate everything before posting a hotel ads in an app.
Totally disappointing.
