What can I say about The Groves Suites that isn't already on their tagline of Your Home in Jakarta? Nothing. Absolutely the best family oriented hotel accommodation in the surrounding Kuningan area, with full kitchen and separate bathroom and living room, nestled in a business complex with easy access to food franchises and a mall. Staff are more than proficient in their hospitality skills, insofar as to cater to specific dining needs and arranging my transportation before I even asked. Will definitely be back.

Nice property with courteous staff however following need improvement: 1. Smoking in air conditioned High Tea area /Splash bar should be stopped immediately. Not acceptable at all. 2. Bathtub sides get flooded with water 3. Breakfast should have fresh and warm hash browns 4. More vegetarian breakfast items should be served 5. Choice of fresh fruit juice should be available.

Nice and cosy place for business trip. Breakfast was tremendously good. Staff was very friendly and able to communicate well in English. Fast and Efficient check in/out process.

Perfect location in kuningan. Stayed at Masterpiece Apartment which is part of the grove suites that is not being managed by Grand Aston. Everything is perfect, just wishing the construction of the private lift and all facilities for the apartment will be done by the end of this month and not prolonged.

It is my 3rd here and everything about the hotel and the stay is nothing short of spectacular. Staff is very polite and professional. Haven't had tiny bit of issue with anything. Mostly impressed by their food and the things this hotel provides that you may need on daily basis. They have a long list of it. Highly recommend staying here.

The Grove suites hotel is very nice and clean this hotel deserve more then 5 starts its gorgeous. Very nice and friendly receptionist made everything easy for us,. It was great experience to me I have stayed 4 nights. I would like to thanking Alfira who working in Cafe, Alfira is diligent in her work and knows how to services customers. I highly recommend this hotel.

The room was spacious, the bed is super comfy, and the fact that the bathroom had both shower and bath tub… I couldn't ask for more. Master lighting switch are also conveniently placed next to the bed (this is minor but important). Breakfast was alright, could be better but I'm not complaining. The only down side was the pool was packed by children so I couldn't go for a dip. I waited til the evening to go to the pool but apparently they closed the pool by 8pm which was a bummer.

Absolutely love this hotel. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The front desk actually loaned me his personal phone charger as the hotel travel adaptor was not available. The hotel staff also packed our breakfast in a doggy bag as they knew we had a super early flight.

Really good experience staying in the Grove Suites. Friendly and accommodating staff + the location is just perfect if you want to chill or stroll in the city. Breakfast — wish there were more choices, diversity of food, but the quality is already good. ;) Highly Recommended!

Location is perfect, easy to go everywhere, a lot of food or restaurant and cafe around there, very nice and friendly receptionist and make we have everything we need. Good price also nice room with huge space. The only things need to improve for me is breakfast, very busy but less employee who can help when we come. I should wait for long time standing to wait waffle, no staff around. Need more food option and make sure enough food for guest because some food already finish and need very long time to refill. But overall I like this place, it was my second time I stay at The Grove and maybe I'll come again next time. Will recommend this place to friend and colleagues. Thank you.

Great place and great location! The Grove Suites is situated very close to popular shopping Malls and also the best nightlife outlets in Jakarta. It is the top choice for me. Highly recommended!

Groves Suites was highly recommended to me by a good friend. Once there, I was sadly disappointed with the accommodations. At first glance the room looked amazing, with a sitting area and TV, a little kitchenette, and a large bed. The bathroom looked good as well. However, upon closer look, the bathroom had standing water around the toilet and there was long straight hair in the tub and on the wall of the shower. Not to mention a yellow stain on the carpet. The breakfast was nothing to write home about. I am sure depending on the time one gets to there the food would be hot a fresh. The staff was accommodating and kind.

Hotel is very good and clean. People in the Restaurant is very friendly and the food is very good. Room is big, modern with nice kitchen. Yo really get all what you need. Unfortunately, I had to change to another hotel because, it is very difficult to order and get a taxi on tame. It took about 40 minutes, form the moment I ordered the taxi until it actually arrived. Just add to this the time you spend in the traffic. I would recommend very much the hotel only for holidays or if you are moving close in the surrounding area. Thanks again!

Already been here two times and definitely will come back again. I and all of my families like this hotel a lot, the service, interior design of the room, the pool and the extra service such afternoon tea. We have a plan will come back again this year.

Hotel location is good, at CBD. Room is big and clean. Breakfast is delicious. The only seriously problem is bathub. I found hair, and I call the room service to clean it. After the room service is done and leave my room, I found another hair hiding at curtain. And the curtain is smell pee from previous guess. Take a bath is the heaviest thing that I must to do. Please do serious cleaning to that bathroom.

Food variety and taste is below average. Cleaness of bed needs lots of improvement. Room is spacious.

A proper accommodation in Jakarta. There is a small issue with taxi in the area, especially if it is raining. Rooms are nice and clean and big. Breakfast is lovely. Gym is pretty small.

Best experience in Indonesia so far! Really clean rooms, the softest bed and pillows. Friendly and helpful staff and amazing breakfast! The design of the room is quite unique with many mirrors which makes it spacier. Was lovely to have dinner at thr downstairs restaurant and hear some local music played live. Very nice calm atmosphere. Very pleasant stay! I would come back ☺

Hotel is spacious, rooms ood size, staff realy good. Shopping next door with few good restaurants around withing walking distance. Good place to stay in South Jakarta.

It was awful! Dirty nightstands and windows in deluxe room! Staff decided that we took away toilet paper, when we were going to the airport, our taxi was stopped by security guard, he asked us to return to reception. Receptionist asked us several times. You really think that anybody who pay 150$ for 1 night will take away toilet paper? And this is the reason to stop taxi when your guest tried not to miss their flight.

Very cozy and spacious room. The skyscraper view was supposed to be great but sadly the window glass was kinda dirty so yeah… They also have good foods. Wifi connection could have been faster. Staffs were friendly.

I am very happy to stay here, the first impression I get when I get out of this hotel, "I will definitely come back". Really beyond my expectations. Comfortable, very clean, has a living room, pantry. How was is great like a home. During the afternoon break afternoon there all you can eat a cake, and all you can eat on breakfast. Did you ever imagine a mall like in the backyard? This greatly facilitates all. Thankyou for the best service the grove suite. I will definitely be back.

The room are huge. Area has a lot of options for food and a little for shopping. The mall is indeed a bit deserted.

Great suites. However this hotel is part of a 2 tower complex. The other tower is not yet operational. Maybe that's the reason why the entrance lobby is not air-conditioned. It is quite hot during the day when you come into the entrance lobby.

We always stay here when having a vacation at Jakarta. A very nice place to stay, spacious room with excellent services and surrounding (epicentrum mall, restaurant, farmer market, etc). The best hotel with apartment model compare with similar type at Jakarta.
